"Little Harlyn..." a soothing voice wandered through her ears.
As she slowly opens he eyes she sees a man squatting on the floor while he caress her forehead as her body laid down on the long sofa.
"You slept in the middle of watching again? Is the plot not interesting?" He asked.
She rubbed her eyes with her fist to fix out her blurry vision and sat up.
"Well their acting makes me cringe and the plot is too predictable dad." She explained.
"I already knew that the woman was a bad guy because she's her childhood bestfreind, plus the main lead was so powerful that her friend envied her." She continues.
He smiled as he was fascinated by her response.
"Should i get you another book instead?" He suggested.
"Yes! but make sure that it has Fantasy, Science Fiction, Paranormal, and a lil' bit of romance hehe." She giggled.
He laughed and nodded. He widened his arms for a hug. She didn't hesitate and wrapped her tiny arms around his neck tightly embracing him. She closed her eyes while feeling the comfort of their hug, she felt safe and happy.
"Alright enough with the hugging scene." a woman voice called.
She gave a surprised look.
"Moooooooom!" She called and ran to her for a hug.
She sat on the floor so that her tiny arms could reach her torso for a hug.
The both giggled as he watches them both embrace each other.
Her mom pulled away her tiny arms from her shoulders and asked.
"You didn't like the movie mom choose for you again?"
She nodded while pouting cutely.
"Well the plot is sooo boring and their acting is too cringe-y."
Both of her parents laughed as she tries to explain the plot.
"Well I heard that daddy's going to buy you another book? Then... I'll buy you another book too!" She suggested.
"Yes yes! My favorite genre is Fantasy, Science fiction, paranormal, romance hihi and oh! I forgot about apocalypse! Any type."
She explained.
"Alright then in exchange you will get an average score in class okay? Not too low and if you can't make it higher not too high. Okay? Don't pressure yourself too much."
Her mom said.
"Yes mom! And dad!" she agreed happily.

"Hey Harlyn!" a girl leaning against the large golden school gate while holding onto her back pack called.
"Hii Crissie!" She responded and ran towards her.
"What class are you in?" Harlyn asked.
"mom said something about 3-B how bout you?"
"What! No way me too?!"
"Nooo. Really?"
"Yeah!"
"Really!"
"Yeah you dummy stop asking so much!" Harlyn ended.
"Well I hope we're also classmates in our 2nd year?" Crystal said.
"Yeah hope so... Wait why are you being emotional? It's literally our first day of being a 3rd year." Harlyn asked as Crystal shrugged her shoulders not knowing why she said that too.
The both giggled on the front gate.
"Come on lets go." Crystal offered her hand to Harlyn, Harlyn held it back and walked together towards the large school gate.
As they minded their own business while walking through the school, Harlyn pointed out a girl sitting alone on one of the school benches.
She had cute pink school sandals on and a huge flower clip on her black, short hair.
"She seems interesting. Wanna make an acquaintance with her?" Harlyn tilted her head and stared thoroughly through Crystal's Light brown eyes.
"Doesn't seem interesting to me..." She responded while squinting her eyes as she looks at the lonely girl.
"She's more on suspicious than interesting to me." she added.
"Well... we might be able to be a trio! like you've been wanting a trio, you said it yourself." Harlyn said.
"Well-"
The Bell rang loudly.
"Well we have no time for that."
Crystal continued and pulled Harlyn's arm towards the school's entrance.
The voices of the students traveled through the large school hallway.
"Wow, lots of teenagers here."
"Yeah these people are probably some 6th year or something." Crystal responded.
As they continue to walk through the hall, trying to find their class, Tall pretty teenagers approaches them.
"Hi there little ones! Are you lost? What's your class sections?" the pretty brunette girl in the middle greeted them with a happy expression.
"Uhmm... It's class 3-B." Crystal said.
"Oh! It's just on the second floor left side of the stairs." they said in unison.
"Thank you so much!" Harlyn thanked them with such a bright smile.
"You're welcome little cuties!" They said finally and left.
As they both follow the directions that the older teenagers said, they finally reached their classroom.
"Ughh we made it." Crystal groans as she rest her arm on the opened doorway.
Harlyn laughed softly as she continues to walk toward the classroom.
The voices of their classmates murmured all around the room.
"Were shall we sit?" Crystal wrapped her arm behind her shoulders.
"I don't wanna sit in front so lets go sit at the back."
As they both stare at each other and nodded in unison.
As they reach the two vacant chair and sat together, Harlyn noticed a girl on her right-side sitting so formally.
Her posture was straight, hand clenched together on the table, and lastly her legs crossed together too.
As Harlyn observes her, she finally noticed glared at her.
"Hi?" the girl's awkward response.
"oh sorry hi! Nice to meet you! Im Harlyn." she offered her hand for a shake.
"urm... Zhara." she gave away her response without shaking her hand back.
Harlyn puts her hand back as their awkward situation goes on.
"Harlyn!" a loud whisper travels her right ear.
As she faces the direction of the whisper, she sees Crystal resting her head on her palm while raising one eyebrow.
"What was that?" She asked in a whisper.
Harlyn's expression was from natural to a confused look.
"I don't know either." she said wheezing and laughed continuously.
Crystal looked disappointed for her response.
"Alright sit down everyone."
A mans voice made the class in total silence.
Crystal kicked Harlyn's ankle to shut her from laughing.
"Oww..." Harlyn murmured.
