Thomas is an average high school student otaku and has just turned 18, for his birthday his mother (who is bad at giving gifts) gives him a bookmark for his manga.
Even though Thomas doesn't like bookmarks his mother insists he uses it for her sake, so before bed that night he puts it in his favourite manga series "Blood Wing", however something strange happens.
The bookmark is able to make fictional characters come to life! And Thomas' favourite character "Ren" (a fallen angel) is now real!
