Tomoe lunged forward as Gust leaped back. He tried slashing at her, but she kept the distance. She put in a kind of orange round into her rifle and loaded it. However, she had to slow down to put it in so Tomoe was able to catch up. Tomoe was blocked by the rifle. She used it as a shield and was holding it with a single hand.

With her other hand, she grabbed a baton to force Tomoe to jump back, which he did. He then kept and took back out his scythe after jumping off. Right when he landed, Tomoe immediately threw the scythe at Gust, but she refused to move. She aimed at him and fired. Tomoe also refused to move, and his hand was getting wetter and wetter.

  The bullet reached first. Tomoe created water to try and slow it down so he could try and catch it, but it ended up backfiring. The second Tomoe touched it, it exploded. When it exploded, Gust tried to avoid but was hit by the scythe. It only grazed her before sticking itself into the ground.

  Gust was on her knees. Although she only took a bit of it, Tomoe had the scythe tipped with carfertanil, an elephant tranquiliser which had been diluted and experimented over dozens of years as a medicine for people with insomnia. It's not an over-the-counter medicine but with the right ingredients and the recipe, you can recreate it somewhat and that's what Tomoe did. Though, it'd probably kill you if you weren't a professional. That's why, it wasn't Tomoe's plan for a lot to get into her system. Just enough to stop her.

  Tomoe didn't expect the bullet to be an explosive so he was also down. But as his arm was the only thing in the bubble that had stopped the bullet, that was the only thing that got injured. "Looks like I won't be able to use my right arm for a long while." said Tomoe before lunging at Gust. Gust then used wind to create a shield around herself. If Tomoe tried to get in, he'd be the same as putting your hand into a fan.

So Tomoe turned that around and used that to create a flame. Which ended up a tad too big and a tad too strong. So much so that everyone else in the gymnasium had to run outside. 

  Although you couldn't hear it, Gust gave a sigh and shouted, "I surrender. You win."
