During lunch I went to find May. As I wandered around aimlessly looking for her I felt a small tap on my shoulder. I looked around. 

“Follow me! I'll show you where I usually sit!” said May happily. 

She started walking towards a corner near the doors to the school's field. She sat down. “Here.” she said patting the floor besides her. I sat down next to her and took my lunch out. She did the same. May looked over at my lunch, “Mmmmm, that looks yummy! What is it?” she asked, still looking at my food. 

“Um….. well… im having onigiri… do you… want some?” I asked as she beamed.

“Yes!!!” she exclaimed happily. I giggled a little, she was so happy. She sure is happy a lot of the time... I thought asI handed her a piece, she l took it and ate the whole thing in one bite! I hope she at least chewed it! I smiled as she ate it and she looked so excited! "THIS IS SO YUMMY!” she yelled, I bet the whole cafeteria could hear! I was really embarrassed. May looked over at me. “Heh, sorry. I didn't mean to embarrass you…. Sorry 'bout that!” 

"Hm… it's fine- wait… How did you know I was embarrassed?!?!” I said confused. 

“Welllllll my “Power” is that I can know what emotion someone within 50 feet feels!” she said looking over at me. My eyes widened, so..cool…. I thought. She looked worried “Are you oka-” she started.

“That's so cool May!!” I said excitedly, cutting her off. She just smiled. 

“I know right?” I nodded my head and smiled. 

May opened her mouth as if to say something but got cut off by the bell. 

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRING

 We both looked at the bell. We then started to pack up our food.

 “What is your next class Yukiri?” asked May. I thought for a second, I don’t really have the best memory so I forget things easily. It’s around 12:45 right now… my next class, 3rd period i think… my next class is in about 15 minutes. I think art was at 1:00… i’m pretty sure I have art next. I thought, trying my best to remember what I had next, I had only had like a minute to see what my schedule was. 

“You can call me Yuki, and I think art…” I said. May grinned. 

“That's my next class too!!!” she exclaimed. I smiled a little. “Do you want me to show you to the classroom?” she asked.

“Sure! I won’t lie, I really don’t know where anything is.” I said a little nervously putting my right hand behind my neck. May laughed a little. May grabbed my hand and started speed walking to the art room. I was speed walking too, trying to keep up so she didn’t dis-locate my wrist. I don’t know how she found everything... This place is like a maze! I thought as we made a right. After about seven minutes we finally got to the art room. 

“We’re here!” said may. I looked around a relatively large room. There was a woman in a black dress and dress shoes. She looked nice, but it's never good to judge people based on appearances. The woman looked like she was in her early 20’s.

“Welcome!” said the woman warmly. I smiled a little. “I'm Ms. Newman! It’s really nice to have a new student.” she paused for a moment. “What is your name?” she asked.

“Um… Yukiri Tanaka.” I said.

“That is a very nice name. Please take your seat now.” she said. I nodded and sat next to May. Ms. Newman said we were allowed to draw anything we would like. She handed us all sketchpads and pencils. She said she would give us some coloring supplies when we needed them. 

I decided to draw May, she has been so nice to me today. I felt like I had to thank her in some way. I started with her light pink hair, her black ribons holding her hair in two loose ponytails. Then I started with her pail skin. I realized she looked a little like a vampire with her skin, it was a light grey. Almost white. Then I did her head and facial features. Drawing them carefully. I was on her left eye when I heard Ms. Newman say that art was over. I was sad but got up anyway. She had said we could keep the scratchpads so we could work on our drawing after class or during lunch.
