It was 1 am when I got up because I was hungry. 

I was walking down the stairs when I heard rustling from my brother's room. I didn’t want to go in there and have a chance of waking him up because he is SCARY when someone wakes him up, but I mean, I have cool powers now, so hey! Why not? 

I walked up to my brother's door, putting my hand on the knob. I turned it slowly and pushed. The door opened with a small creek, I jumped slightly. I slipped into his room, silently closing the door behind me. I looked around, the window was opened causing a small gust of wind to blow across my face, I shivered. Why is the window open? I thought. I walked towards it, singing my favorite song under my breath. 

 “Do-do-dododododo, I get up I get down and I’m jumpin’ around and the rumpus and ruckus are comfortable now, been a hell of a ride but im thinking its time to grow.” “bang bang bang.” “So, I got an apartment across from the park, put quinoa in my fridge, still I'm not feeling grown, been a hell of a ride but I'm thinking it's time to go” “Bang! Bang! Bang!” “Here we go!” “So, put your best face on everybody, pretend you know this song everybody, come hang. Lets go out with a bang.” “I'm way too young to lie here forever I'm way too old to try so whatever come hang (come hang) Let's go out with a bang.” “Bang! Bang! Bang!” I was getting to my favorite part when I realized that my brother was not in his bed.

I put my hand on the window sil and looked out the window. *creeeeaaaak* I heard the floor creak. I whipped my head back to face where the creak had come from,my haid smacking my face. It was just Thia. 

“Hey, what are you doing in my brother's room?” I asked.

“You know i'm a light sleeper. Plus, when we used to do sleep overs the only time you got up in the middle of the night was when something was wrong.”

“True… I was just up because I was hungry.”

“You always say that, but you never actually eat anything.”

I thought for a second. “True, I never do eat…” 

“Mhm, anyways, GO BACK TO SLEEP!” 

“Yesh! Fine!”
