It has been 3 weeks for Zenith to be living in the Kraton colony, all was working out quite smoothly. Katrina was being the mother she always wanted to be, taking care of Zenith, witnessing his childhood just the way she would have with her own son.

Sintan and Woodwill were busy finding out more about that ring. But there was one problem: the other Kratons and elders were disturbed by Zenith's presence in the Kraton colony, and they didn't approve of Sintan's decision. Some of those offenders proved themselves to be quite threatening to Zenith. Sintan asked for Woodwill's opinion on this matter, he couldn't afford Zenith to be in danger, which would affect his ultimate plan.

"Woodwill, do you think that they can do something? I have used my elder right…. But then too, I fear."

" We are also Kratons and you know how much we despise humans. I don't think anyone is pleased by this action. Not only that, I know something is gonna happen. They won't let you get away with this but their first agenda is gonna be to kill that child. A few hours later

Zenith had been crying out of hunger, Katrina went to boil some milk, meanwhile a Kraton officer entered the room with a knife in his hand. As Katrina was not around and Sintan was occupied, Zenith was all by himself. He was crying out loud as he was hungry.

The officer took his first step.

The air around the room was intense and quiet.

The officer took his 2nd step with the knife ready. The knife was so sharp and reflective that Zenith's face was seen on it. He wanted to finish off Zenith in one shot. His eyes were red filled with hatred. And he said it with a cold and deep voice.

"Die !"

And aimed the knife at Zenith and just when he was prepared to attack. The ring on Zenith's finger glowed gold like a sun.

Knife from his hand fell off, his body felt numb, he got on his knees and green-colored translucent wavy rays were being sucked from him to the ring. That green rays were not something that can be touched; they seemed abstract and pure. The officer passed out saying

" How is this …. …? "

It seemed like he was drained. Just then Katrina entered and she saw the officer and knife on the ground and she cried out.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh ".

She ran to Zenith all terrified.

She saw Zenith was safe. She took him in her arms and hugged him with fear in her eyes.

After hearing the scream Sintan came in and yelled

"What's the problem with you? "

And when he saw the whole picture in that room.

He said,

"I get it, soldiers come here now and get this man in a cell"

A few hours later.

Sintan had the officer in a cell and when he got awake he went down to the cell to interrogate him and said,

I question,

Nothing else.

I know someone ordered you to do this …. Who was it? "

Asked Sintan staring at him

The officer was tight-lipped.
