It was night and Sintan in his room was having his wine in peace sitting on his rocking chair. The chilled weather was nice, quiet, and peaceful all were sleeping. Just then Woodwill entered

"Mind if I join?"

"Serve yourself"

Woodwill poured himself a glass of wine and sat on a chair. 

" So how was the 1st day?"

"You know Woodwill back on the Ercanion planet (Eric's home planet) I used to train the children to become soldiers and I can sense potential when I see them training and that's exactly what I did today." 

" Sintan listen, whatever it is, it's just the 1st day, don't come to conclusions for now, and try not to overthink." 

"You are right Woodwill thanks" 

(He said that with an unsatisfactory tone)

"Yeah, and I guess we should go to sleep as well ... so I will take a leave." 

"Yes .. good night Woodwill"

"Goodnight Sintan."

Woodwill left the room. 

On the other side, we had Katrina trying to make Zenith go to sleep. 

"What's the matter Zenith you feel upset?"

"Mom I had my 1st day at training today 

I was so excited about it but It was not good"

"What was not good Zenith?"

"Grandpa was not like grandpa there 

He tried to hurt me."

"Zenith, listen to me. 

Trust me it will be all fine. Just keep your heart at it, okay?"

"Yes momma thank you .. momma can I ask you something?"

"Sure son"

"Why do grandpa, uncle, and all others around here except for servants look so different than us" 

"It's because we are humans and they are Erics." 

"Yes I know that, but what are erics?"

" Hmmm just think that they are different from us ... and they are the ones who rule here."

(She said that with disappointment) 

"Rule? How?"

" I will tell you everything once but for now you will go to sleep okay? Because tomorrow it's your training."

"Okay momma"

(He said that with an unsatisfactory tone)

"Goodnight son"

"Goodnight mom"

She gave a kiss on Zenith's forehead and they both went to sleep. 

The next morning, while Zenith was still sleeping Sintan, was up having his tea in the hall. While Katrina approached him and said 

"Lord Sintan I wanted to talk something about"

"What is it?'

"It's about Zenith's training he's not liking it"

" I think you don't understand, do you? Have you forgotten who I am and who are you? I am an Eric and you are a human. You serve me."

"Lord I am just doing it for Zenith's good."

Sintan slammed the dining table with his hand and stood up.

"You filthy human, you surely have forgotten your place right? 

Now I will help you remember it. 

You will spend 3 weeks in a cell and you will be treated very well because you are our queen right?" 

" No lord I hadn't meant to upset you I am sorry Lord, please" 

" Just get the hell out .. Soldiers!! Take her." 

And then Zenith entered the hall,

"Mom? What's going on? Why is grandpa yelling at you?"

Sintan replied

"Oh, Zenith you are awake. Don't worry it's nothing it's just that your MOMMA will be gone for a few days." 

"Mom? Why are you crying?"

"Zenith your mom has made a mistake so she's paying for it now. So your mom will take leave now okay?" 

"No mom don't leave I don't feel good"

"Lord please let me stay" 

She said that crying. 

It seemed that Sintan had completely forgotten what happened when he last tried to punish Katrina and out of anger he slapped Katrina this time. 

Zenith got shocked and he screamed

"MOM!!!!!"

He ran towards his mom and stood against Sintan. 

And said with a bold face and tone 

"MOM'S GOING NOWHERE GRANDPA" 

"It seems you are not scared of me...but no matter what you say, she is going" 

"Yesterday you said that if I land a strike on you I can go outside the castle what If I land a strike on you today and you let mom stay" 

"You will land a strike on me? 

Hahahahaha" 

He laughed like hell.

Zenith was forced to make a rash decision like this as he was very protective of her mother; 

she's the only one Zenith has.

The only one around whom Zenith feels truly comfortable and loved. 

"Okay, Zenith I will give you a chance.

Get your sword and meet me at the yard to try out your luck" 

Zenith went to his room and grabbed his sword but Katrina stopped him 

"Zenith don't do this son you might get hurt"

"I'm doing this mom, I won't let you go away."

And he left after saying that, to the yard. Where he found Sintan with his Mana sword ready. 

"Hah you came boy I thought you got scared and you won't come" 

"I am not scared. I am here to beat you" 

" Let's see do you got something or just a big talk" 

A 5-year-old having this much confidence? 

You must be thinking that right? 

All answers to your questions are there.

But we will look at that later.

Because for now, we have a heated fight to watch.
