"Last warning Zenith, get back to your room and we can continue with our training." 

"You said fighting is the real training,

So technically I am training" 

"I won't go easy on you"

"I would have it no other way"

They both took their stance. 

And said it together 

"Let's begin" 

As soon as they said that 

They both went head-on and clashed straight with their swords making an 'X'

" Oh, Zenith I have to bend just to strike at you" 

"Looks like you have trouble with your back, Old guy."

" I never knew you were so cocky" 

"You know now" 

(Zenith in his mind) 

"Damn it! I don't have enough strength to go head-on with him.

He is too strong and going head-on won't work. I have to perform a sneak attack. I should get at his back."

Zenith stepped back. 

"What should I do? I can't just stand around here, I have to move."

He started running around Sintan in a circle. 

"What the hell are you doing? Playing? 

We are here fighting, kid. This is how you will win against me? You were gonna strike at me, weren't you?"

After running 5-6 rounds in a circle and then started running towards him from the back.

"Finally coming to attack me"

Sintan waited for him to get a little closer. 

The moment Zenith came within his reach, he struck his sword horizontally from right to left. 

Zenith dodged that by sliding down and aimed for his right leg. 

Sintan exclaimed

"WHAT?!!!" 

Sintan used his Mana to force himself up in the air. 

Zenith failed to strike and what he saw was that Sintan was levitating. 

"That's not fair I had got you"

"Is that what you will say to your enemy when in a fight? 

You can't use magic, your problem!"

"And why can't I ?"

"Because you are one of the filthy humans and humans can't use magic" 

Zenith got frustrated, he was furious. 

He was breathing heavily, he was exhausted. 

(Zenith in mind) 

"I can't even stand right now. 

I can't possibly land another strike on him. 

Plus, he is levitating right now. 

How ??? 

How????????"

"You can give up, you know. Your mom goes to cell for 3weeks, she pays for her mistake" 

" And what was her mistake?"

"Let's just say she bothered me" 

" Why are you doing this? You are my grandpa."

"I am Eric and I rule. I am sure your mom has told you that before." 

Zenith got on his knees due to exhaustion. 

"Just say give up"

Zenith got furious, he was raged. 

He was pushed over the edge.

He didn't know what to do. 

(Zenith in mind) 

"Is this what mom meant by the word 'rule'? "

"Reconsider, Zenith. If you give up now,

Maybe I will free her from the torture for the next 3 weeks" 

After hearing that Zenith stopped thinking for a while, he was blank.

He stopped worrying, he just didn't care, who is standing against him. He was raged.

His yellow eyes started glowing, he stood up and looked up to Sintan and said it with extreme rage 

" How dare you?"

"Pardon?"

After 5 years, after 5 goddamn years, 

But this time around, the ring glowed with his yellow eyes. 

The plants in the yard started drying off, they started dying. 

Sintan was no longer able to levitate, he fell off from the air. 

"AHHH!! WHAT????"

The green pure rays of energy started traveling from the plants and Sintan as well, it all gathered into Zenith's ring. 

Zenith's exhaustion flew off, instead, he was boosted with energy. 

He was conscious and notified of all the events which happened.

(Sintan in his mind) 

"Ahhh, I can't levitate anymore, what's happening, I am constantly getting weak, is this-----"

He noticed the ring glowing on Zenith's finger. 

"Shittt! the ring is glowing, my mana is being sucked. Of all the times, it had to be now!!.

I have to stand, I can't waste any mana now." 

(Zenith in mind).

" This energy….. it's so different,

it doesn't feel like my own. 

I feel this, I am getting all this from this ring…

it feels so good. 

I am even more energized than before. 

But whatever it is, it's helping me.

I still doubt if I can take him head-on. 

Maybe I can, maybe I cannot, then too it's worth a shot, let's do it "

Zenith gave a cunning smile. 

Zenith sprinted towards Sintan with his sword to go head-on with him. 

(Sintan in mind)

"He's coming head-on. Even if my mana level is low, he can't beat me head-on."

(Loud)

"Don't push your luck brat!" 

Their swords clashed. And as expected Sintan overpowered him.

" Shit I still can't beat him like this

Plan b"

Zenith ducked and slid down from the space between Sintan's legs,

and got behind his back. 

His movements were noticeably faster and even effective. 

The moment he got behind his back he jumped with all his force and made up to Sintan's height.

Sintan took a glance behind his back and saw Zenith behind up in the air.

With his sword and his yellow eyes glowing, giving a deadly gaze.

Sintan frightened and shivered from that look. 

It was like, he got alarmed at that very moment. The same voice which he heard 5-years back, he heard it again, it echoed in his ears again, saying 

Zenith was all ready to strike with his sword and he did 

"SLASH!!!!!!!"

He made a deep cut on Sintan's back with his sword. 

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

Sintan started bleeding, he was on the ground. 

" I win 

You lose

Now, do what you had to do"

"Soldiers !! Release Katrina and call for a doctor."

Sintan didn't face Zenith at that moment.

Zenith immediately left after the match 

And went into his room. 

Sintan kept his word. 

He was embarrassed and furious, 

but on top of that ….. he was frightened.
