"Shit! What do I do? They are coming"

Zenith took a look around if there's anything he can get a cover of.

And right in the corner, he found a soldier's shield on the ground.

He ran for it. 

He was about 10 meters away from the shield and the arrows were about to hit him in 7 seconds.

He had to make it faster to the shield.

"I can't make it in time if I run with my small steps, only one option I have to risk it" 

He slid on the ground and flipped the shield in the air with his legs and grabbed it with his hand as soon it flew into the air. 

He used it to cover himself.

He almost dodged every arrow but one arrow did give him a slice on his right leg. 

He bled. 

(Sintan in mind)

"Smart boy... he never fails to amuse me.

He noticed the shield which I purposely didn't give to him and kept it in a corner. 

He made fast decisions.

He knew he couldn't reach there in time with his steps so he increased the reach of his body by sliding. Huh! wonder kid!" 

Sintan formed more of his arrows but this time in front of him not above him. 

"Okay your difficulty has just been increased 

GO" 

"I would have it no other way Gramps"

(Zenith in mind) 

"Shit! That old guy formed way more than I expected. Can I block them all?

I need to concentrate. 

He closed his eyes for a second to prepare himself. 

And when he opened it he saw that he wasn't in a yard anymore he was on the battlefield.

There was Sintan in front of him with the same arrows.

And more people standing close to Sintan.

But he couldn't see their faces. 

Sintan seemed different, he looked a bit young. 

Zenith was with a sword, armor, and shield but he wasn't in his tiny body anymore he felt tall. 

"What is this? There are arrows, there's grandpa but this is not me, also the place is different. 

It's like---------

Oh no! The arrows are coming. 

What do I do????"

While he was thinking, his body moved on his own he blocked and clashed 

more than one arrow in a second

Not even a single arrow touched him. 

"WHAT!!! 

I am blocking it, I am countering. But how am I doing this? 

This isn't my body but I am controlling it, it feels like my own. 

I am not doing anything but then too I am moving. 

I am going crazy!!!! 

What's happening?". 

He closed his eyes again and opened them after 3 seconds and he saw that he was back in his yard, within his tiny body with a sword and shield,

and there was an old Sintan in front of him with his mouth wide open and a shocked face 

"You... 

You--- 

Blocked it all!!!

How ??? "

He stumbled a lot saying that. 

Zenith himself was not in his right state; he didn't know what just happened. 

"Grandpa can we continue later please."

"Sure -- Even I need time -- I nee- need to process wha-- what just happened"

"See you later grandpa"

Zenith left and Sintan was still standing there all shocked. 

He couldn't digest this.

Quite obvious.

Whose body was that? 

Why was Sintan looking young?

Why were they on a battlefield?

Who were the people standing next to Sintan?
