[With the drugs still in effect, Carol slowly lays flat with her head facing the lightly moonlighted sky, knowingly enough that she saw The Officer removed his smile.]
Carol thinks to herself, "Another close encounter... Time and time again, I get ever so closer to death himself, but I am only reminded to stay alive." She lets out a sigh of relief. "At least my dear brother didn't get to see what has occurred. He's seen enough in his life... He's seen enough."
[With Carol laying flat on the floor, Jason sitting in front of a broken tree, Barrel sitting quietly, and The Officer keeping watch, the surrounding environment remains still; silently.]
[Instead of star clusters that fill the damp, empty void, it's only groups. Sets of 2s, and 3s, and 4s lay an array of segregated sections. No constellation should ever be so distant from each other under the nightly sky. The pursuing silence is abnormal. Nature should not show an ineptitude for what it is most common for. The outdoors should not be plagued with grueling silence and a miserable aerial display, yet here it is; a torturing scenery.]
Deep inside Barrel's mind, he begins to question his surroundings, "It's so... something feels off about this place.." He asks The Officer, "Excuse me, sir, but where are we?"
The Officer turns to Barrel only to remind himself of what he needed to check up on, "Oh you. I forgot about you. Thanks for notifying me what you are inside." He then climbs up inside the truck.
He shines the flashlight at each corner to find the issue, "Ah... The ventilation system has stopped functioning. Well, that explains why..." The Officer exits the back of the truck, "Don't expect me to fix it; I'm not an engineer."
Barrel is confused at The Officer's observation, "What kind of soldier does not know their equipment?"
[Sudden beeps begin to vibrate The Officer's right wrist. He then quickly proceeds to move towards Carol.]
Carol hears The Officer's footsteps moving closer to her. She turns to him, "Has it been 10 minutes already?"
The Officer replies hastily, "If 10 minutes passed by, I would have told you." He lifts her and gently puts her back into the truck.
[The Officer looks around to find Jason to only see him still at the tree. He signals Jason to get inside.]
Jason replies with a smirk, "Now now, hold on, I see that you're in a hurry. I want to see where this goes when this thing catches up to you." He lets out a chuckle.
[Not a moment later, The Officer magnetizes Jason's handcuffs to the edges of his fingertips. Immediately, he repels Jason at the back of the truck.]
"I don't have time for your games...!" He looks at his right wrist to see the blinking lights go even faster.
"S**t! Gotta go!" He slams the truck's back door with quick haste, enters the driver's seat, and then abrasively steps on the gas pedal.
[The tires leave behind an echoing screech whilst paving a mark on the smooth dirted path.]
[The truck is now seen moving ever closer to its designation all while The Moon watches over at a 45-degree angle.]
