I Was Going To Hell But An Error Got Me Reincarnated
Shin's Natal Day (Part-1)
Shin's Natal Day (Part-1)
Jun 10, 2021
'I wonder if this world also has three hundred sixty-five days in a year because it has been a year since the day I was born. Yes, it's my birthday. I would have been partying right now if this planet was Earth. Nonetheless, I don't even understand their language, how am I even supposed to know what is going on? I can't assure myself every time with some possible assumptions.' Shin thought while sulking.
Shin's frame of mind was really disarranged right now because he was a birthday-obsessed kid. He believed birthdays to be a prospect to interact with others. And since he was the mainstay of the event, fame and popularity were just peanuts for him(one-day fame, more like a farce), that's what he thought. But now, the probability of happening all that here had become less feasible.
While Shin was brooding over the fact, Wayne also woke up, early in the morning. As soon as Shin saw Wayne coming towards him, he closed his eyes and pretended to be asleep. While Shin was trying to understand what was going on, Wayne slowly removed Claire's hands from Shin's body (she was sleeping while holding Shin) and carried him out of the room.
*"Are you still asleep, Shin? Come on, wake up."* Wayne said while tickling the sole of the baby's foot.
'Oi, stop it. I mean it's not like you can't hold me, it's just that the way you are holding me is really unbalanced. I won't like to die so miserably a second time. Most probably, I won't be reincarnated again, so it's time to show some resistance because my damn life is on the line.' Shin thought.
While Wayne was tickling his little brother, Shin suddenly let out a deafening cry. The surprised Wayne started making faces to stop him from crying.
*"Don't screech like that or everyone will wake up. Look at me. See, see, my face is weird right? I have to show you something, so stop crying."* Wayne said while trying to stop him from crying.
Shin stopped his whining when Wayne indicated towards something. Since there were many houses and shops in between, it wasn't clear what he was indicating.
*"At least you stopped your screeching. Let's get going. We will be done super quickly and return before mom and dad wake up, so don't worry, okay?"* Wayne said to Shin.
Wayne carried him onto his back and started moving towards the part of town near the jungle. He crossed the fence and started moving into the jungle.
'Hey, hey. Where is this boy going? What if some animal jumps in front of us? Just turn back.' Shin tried to express these words through his whining.
Wayne looked at him and then feigned ignorance since they were very close to their destination. After moving for about two hundred meters, Wayne stopped. It was the end of the road, more like the end of the cliff. There was a single tree standing all alone near the ridge.
*"We are here. Do you see that tree? No, no, look there in the between. Yes, see that house there. I made it. It took longer than expected but I completed it."* Wayne said to Shin in delight while showing the treehouse that he constructed on his own.
'It looks amazing, but how did he make such a thing on his own. Isn't he about eight years old right now? Well, that doesn't matter.' Shin thought while looking at the treehouse his brother made.
Although it wasn't that professionally designed and looked quite classic, Shin was impressed. He had only seen those treehouses on videos and it struck him different when he saw this in real life.
*"Well, this isn't what I actually wanted to show you. Let's go up first."* Wayne said so and sat down in front of the tree.
'What is he doing?' Shin thought.
*"Aislinn."*
As Wayne shouted that word, the tree started shaking. Vines started coming out of the trees and crossing with each other. The mixing of the vines created a bowl-like structure in front of the boys.
'Whoaaa!! More amazing magic. I never saw this magic before and it is the most beautiful one of all of them. I am glad to have such-'

'You are too rude. Sometimes I feel like you do it all deliberately. Now that we have reached the twenties, it's just a matter of time. I will learn more about you soon.' Shin thought in his head.
*"Let's enter our treehouse, Shin."* Wayne said so and stood on the bowl with Shin. The bowl started moving upwards and stopped in front of the wooden house.
Wayne entered the house. Although the house wasn't that big, it was spacious. Also, since the tree was wider than the normal ones, the house was stabilized perfectly.
*"Now, let me show you something that is far more amazing than this treehouse."* Wayne moved to the side where the cliff ended and aimed downwards.
Shin understood his indications, so he looked at the place where Wayne pointed his fingers.
'How alluring. How can something like this be made in this age?' Shin's eyes widened up as he looked towards the city down the cliff. The city looked like a new world in itself. It was something more than beautiful. The structure, the precision, and the materials used to construct them were all visible from so far above.
*"It's our country's capital - ALDUENOR. Amazing, right?"* Wayne said.
*"This is what I wanted to show you. So now, let me say this. Happy Birthday, my little brother."* Wayne wished Shin his first birthday in this world with a sincere smile and the scenery as a gift.
'Although I don't understand what he is saying, that smile, by all means, is something that is making me feel really comfortable and warm from inside. Whatever be the situation, I got one of the best birthday gifts I could ever ask of. So thank you for this, onee-chan.' Shin expressed his gratitude towards Wayne through different expressions and a cute laughing voice.
Do you think you can get away from hell? Of course not. We humans don't have that power and authority. But there is someone whose identity and authority both are a mystery. Although he was human like us, who knows what happened to him before and after that. But one thing is clear, hell is inside him but he is still avoiding it.
