“This way!” Phoena called, laughing at their teammates. They darted ahead, light as a feather.

“Not if I beat you first.” Said Sedge, smiling as he used his magic to take the lead.

“Silly children. Clearly we’ll defeat you.” Kieran said from where they sat on Bree’s shoulder.

Galen glared in the direction of his friends.

“And no one ever cares about the plight of the poor healer – always coming last!”

“Then hurry up, slow poke!” Bree laughed, throwing her head up to the sky.

“C’mon Bree – faster!” Kieran said, lightly kicking their girlfriend to get her attention.

The five continued running, dodging past villagers on the cobblestone streets.

They all came to a stop as one, halting in front of an opulent building.

“Ready?” Phoena asked, gaining nods in reply.

They stretched out their hands and with a flick of the wrist, the heavy doors opened.
