‘’Help! Please help us! A kid is stuck in the cave, please help us get him out of the cave!’’

Outside a cave, a little hand is showing on a small crack, shaking and stretched out. Unable to be heard outside, the person is clearly trying to earn the attention of people so they can help him, he struggles for a chance that is only either fraught or easiness.

Under mount Miragin is an elongated cave system, blocked by huge boulders, closed since the ancient times, it is never possible for someone to enter.

‘’Wait for us, we will be there!’’

‘’Naran! Where have you been?’’

‘’Deniha! Glad to see you again, I just came back from… from… uhhh… ’’

‘’I can’t understand you…  anyway help us get the kid out of this cave.’’

‘’ aahh… yes we will help you.’’

‘’We??’’

‘’We… with Niru …’’

‘’Niru ? Isn’t that the name of the sinner who vanished long ago… you found him?’’

‘’eh?… you can’t se-… ah no… never mind…

‘’The way you talk sounds… different.’’

‘’uhh… no… aren’t we going to get the kid out of the cave?’’

It appears only Naran can see Niru who carries the newborn human form of Lux fierre aback.

Lord of the beast, is He, Ali Fiy-arde, by his words, jungle will tremble, mountains are moved. He rules over hundreds of behemoths; venomous drakes dance when he is in his joyous, even the most savage in gryphon race whimpers in fear at the presence of Aliy Fiy-arde- The ultimate creature.

All the beast was also created in a similar chamber, as humans in Vi-erth Mithu, they all are once statues, all gathered in Vi-Mazuo. After they are given life, they are instructed by the Creator to enter the lower arc in Mount Miragin- Ark Aspatia. And in one swing of a hand, they instantly reached Zuotia.

A quiver made Niru and Naran fall on their feet, a strong quaking from the inside of the cave, a quake so loud the ever-fixated body of cave are falling on its place and opened a hole, and second by second the hole becomes larger.  

And there echoing, deep roars of a beast. 

GRRRRRRR! GRRRRRR!

‘’What loud sound is that…’’

‘’This must be…’’

Giant piercing sharp claws came out of hole, and in one strong blow, the walls of cave blasted away. All destroyed., the cave is flattened down.

‘’Naran! What happened here… Deniha!’’

Ranhtik Ali, who just came back after gathering people to help them, ran toward Deniha who appeared to be struck as well as the walls of the cave blew away.

‘’Deniha! Naran! help me, Deniha’s got serious wounds!’’

But Naran is stunned in fear… to a being Ranhtik Ali cannot see… A giant beast...

 ‘’Naran, why do you look like you’ve seen a ferocious beast? Naran! Deniha’s over here… he needs a help! Naran!’’

Ranhtik Ali shouted to Naran with all his voice, but Naran isn’t noticing him.

‘’Niru, is this a beast? The beast that was mentioned in DEOS?’’

‘’Yes, it appears. I cannot be wrong.’’

‘’Then what are we going to do…’’

‘’I don’t know… but maybe… the distortion has something to help us.’’

‘’I’LL HELP YOU’’

‘’Who’s that… was that you, Niru?

‘’no that is not me…’’

In Naran’s pocket… something is glowing,

‘’Naran, there is something in you…’’

‘’Why am I glowing? wait… it’s the stone that I picked in Atla!’’

‘’I’ll help you two.’’

‘’The stone is talking?’’

‘’Niru was your name, right, I’ll let you borrow my weapon.’’

‘’… I guess I don’t have any other choice right now.’’

The orb was able to talk to them because the distortion is already summoned even before they are sent to Miragin- summoned unknowingly by someone… aside Niru and Naran.

‘’Lamina mnemosyne! Lend your power to Niru!’’

Niru took a fighting stance and is well prepared, for getting hurt is inescapable.

A wave of mysterious forces consumed Niru’s arm- it is the distortion, in an unusual form. Its form dissolved leaving a device attached to his arm… and on top of it are 2 sharp edged objects.   

  ‘’What is this thing?’’

‘’That is Lamina Mnemosyne, my favorite weapon, it can help you get rid of that monstrous being, just don’t get it scratched, and be sure to keep it untouched of any dirt.’’

 ‘’How do I even use this thing…’’

Ranhtik Ali’s loud voice got the attention of the giant beast, and it is about to attack him now.

‘’Wait don’t do it. I am your enemy! Face me!’’

Niru dashed forward to slash the giant beast with the weapon that was lent to him, with its sharp edge, like blades, he swinged it to attack.

‘’You used it the wrong way.’’

Although he doesn’t know how to use it, the giant beast took damage, but it isn’t going down… but instead it shrank, it turned into its juvenile form.

‘’WHAT?? THE BEAST TURNED INTO A CUB, is that a new ability of Lamina Mnemosyne?’’

‘’Niru, you did great! You looked cool back there!’’

‘’Where did you learn that word…’’

‘’Wait, in exchange for letting you use my weapon, give me something back…’’

While the beast is trying to attack Ranhtik Ali, before Niru turned it into a cub, Naran quickly ran to protect him from the beast.

‘’Why are you standing like that in front of me? Can’t you see, Deniha is severely wounded… we have to cure his wounds immediately.’’

‘’Him, that person over there, give his body to me.’’

‘’Wait… you’re taking his life for letting me borrow a weapon? You need life in exchange for a weapon that only used once? Isn’t that too much?’’

‘’No other being is worthy of touching a weapon specially made for minims, you should be thankful of me.’’

Ranhtik Ali, who is oblivious to anything that have happened, tries to ease Deniha’s suffering, but he is already dead- the beast is a being made by the distortion so it made his death possible.

‘’He is already dead…’’

‘’What are you talking about Naran?’’

‘’He is dead.’’

‘’How can he die? He’s been faithful to the Creator. He can never die!’’

Then, suddenly, the color of his eyes turned black,

The orb took away the life in Ranhtik Ali.

‘’Wait… what is happening to you?’’

He has become an empty shell for another soul to occupy.

‘’You, you are mine now, your body is mine.’’

A light in shape of a human entered Ranhtik Ali’s body

‘’????!’’

He, the new owner of the body, slowly walked to Naran, as the heavy light fades that conceals him, and he tapped Naran’s shoulder.

‘’My name is Zaru, I am the new owner of this body, you will hate me for taking your friend’s life, but I can have anything I desire, for I am the real son of Lux fierre, the heir of this world’s riches.

A body is lying at the ground under a small lump of wrecked cave wall, it is the kid who was trapped in the cave and have woken up. He slowly stands up while uttering unintelligible words;

‘’kkt.. kkttt tu..’’
