Olivia calmly headed back to the grass patch beside building C. With everyone’s lunch in her bag. Turner that was accompanying her told her to go ahead because he had to go to the bathroom.
It seemed that everyone was late for lunch.
That log bench she often shared with Miller… occupied with Miller and the boba tea girl. She approached them without much thought. Their faces close enough for Olivia to gulp in response.
“You scared me.” Miller exclaimed, going back to looking at his side the very next second.
“Olivia you always show up at the worst moment possible!” that girl giggled, making Miller smile back at her.
Olivia always made everyone laugh, the clumsy and inadequate Olivia.
Right! That was Olivia’s unique quirk. She should laugh too, right?
To please her.
To please Serina.
Olivia knew her name since that time she spilt her tea on her.
What a strange name.
Fitting for the main character of a rom-com. She thought back then.
Now she avoided saying it.
Turner showed up out of nowhere and cluelessly asked “What is going on?”
Olivia felt a sense of kinship. She had a feeling in the end they were the same.
