I don't usually listen to reason.

I'm not a person that likes reason.

Reason is like...

that annoying aunt that keeps telling you to smile more,

because sad girls are worshipers of the devil.

Reason is awful.

Nasty.

It makes you realize that the thing you said the other day,

was so inapropriate and awkward,

that you had to laugh for yourself.

It ignores your feelings.

Or other people's emotions.

It shows you how annoying and cringy you were a year ago.

It makes you self-aware and kind of harsh to yourself.

But I'm glad I'm listening to reason for once.

Because that means I'm growing up.

Because that means, 

I'm one more step closer to get to you and tell you,

"hi, 

this is I".
