I woke up late as usual. 

I saw everyone training themselves to get stronger but I hesitated to train.
I was neither lazy nor a weak minded person. If you ask me if I liked the old earth better or this one I would be choosing the old one. 

I don't have anything I can do.

I couldn't do anything with this stats :

I was very happy since it was pretty high but when I tried training they began to decrease. At first I thought my stats were lower than before but the more I began to train the more it decreased.

Due to this I became more and more weaker and ended up as I am now.
Even a kid that is 3 years old has more stats than me.

Due to this I was abandoned from my family.

I was the only victim of this in this entire earth

Everyone were thinking why would we abandon him but it was due to my stats decreasing rather than increasing that the system sent that message
There was a leader board for everything.

-Strength rankings

-Magic ranking

-Kill rankings

And many more

The family ranking was decided by multiplying the TSV (total stats value) of each one from oldest to second youngest and finally in the end it was powered (^) to the youngest son.

 Example- 

Oldest family member TSV * Second oldest family member TSV * Third oldest family member TSV ^ Youngest Family member TSV

At first our family ranking was around the top 1000 in the country but as my stats were getting decreased it was not even in the top 100000 in the country. Therefore I was regarded as useless and got abandoned with some money.

As soon as I was abandoned the family rankings went around the top 100 in the continent.

I thought what should I do?

Where should I go?

I couldn’t get my stats up so I thought of reading to pass some time.

I kept reading continuously for over a half year but nothing changed. My stats looked the same as ever.

In this world everything was calculated with TSV.

You had a choice to hide your stats but the ones that had more TSV could see it. If you tried to look at the stats of the ones that had more TSV that you could the stats they wanted rather than what they had.

Most of them choose as low value as possible for fake stats. 

But there was a limit on how low u can set.

That was 15 values on every stat . 

If they that more than 20 times TSV than your Total stats value then they could see your personal information. And you could even make fake personal information that low TSV people will see if they tried to see your stats and info.

The way society worked changed.

People discovered a lot of magic and kept making new magic.

There was now law.

If people had enough stats they could acquire a position that had more benefits than others; the position was referred to as the governor position.

If a governor position was acquired then one could have a control on an area and they would get a boost for their stats

Local governor : 10x the training result

District Governor : 8x the training result

National Governor : 6x the training result
International Governor 4x the training result 

Universal Governor : 2x the training result

Due to this many people train hard every day.

There was also a set of requirement that was needed for being a governor ( mentioned later in the novel)

Being a governor could also keep you at a disadvantage whereas your stats was visible to everyone even the one who had lower stats than them

But the gain from that was nothing compared to stats being show
