Astrid lived in a separate condo, which was like few miles away from her college. The condo has a huge bedroom, a hall, a kitchen and an attached bathroom. Its quiet an expensive place for a single person to live in but it was usually shared by Katherine (also called Kat) and Neoul. They were her childhood besties and they go to the same college which is few miles away from her condo. Sometimes Astrid’s older sister who is 8 years older than her shows up just in case to borrow some stuffs. After getting ready for college Astrid buckles up her seat belt and drives off to college. She parks her car and leaves to class. A loud voice heard through the corridor “ fuck off Neoul” hearing this loud pitched voice in an instance Astrid knew that was Katherine. “ hey don’t scold me” said Neoul in her soft and innocent voice. “ you have no rights to tell me what to do and what not to do” said Katherine with a sharp face

“ but... As a friend isn’t it my duty to tell you do your homework ? I am friend aren’t I?” asked Neoul with puppy eyes .

“Hey! We met when we were 4years old, now we are 18. Its been 14 years and I am still telling you that you are not MY friend, but Astrid’s friend!”

“ then what am I to you?” asked Neoul with red cheeks and teary eyes.

When Neoul asked this , Katherine was not able to look into her eyes. The face Neoul made had Katherine blush from her left ear to her right ,but somehow she managed it with a smile and went near Neouls ear and whispered,

 “ mm…you are my doggy” and winked at her. Well people do get offended hearing to comments like this but Neoul blushed like an red apple ,slowly wiping her tears which never fell from her eyes.

“ its not yet afternoon and you made Neoul cry” said Astrid in a sarcastic tone.

“ my day wouldn’t pass without making Neoul cry” said Kat as she threw her arms around Neouls shoulders.

“ and my day wouldn’t go without crying” said Neoul with a beautiful laughed looking at Kat.

“ yew.. why are you smiling” said Kat pushing Neoul away from her.

It was so obvious that Kat did it as a coping mechanism to make sure Neoul did not notice her face going all red because of her beautiful laugh.

Whenever Astrid was with Kat and Neoul, she always felt like third wheeling. They fight a lot but indeed they were in love with each other. Ever since Katherine’s parents died from a car accident 10 years ago it was Astrid and Neoul who where with her all the time. They made sure she was alright as she moved with her aunt . But Katherine became much stronger and bolder. The society made her think that being kind was weakness. She might be harsh but deep inside she is soft as a feather. She became independent and now she helps her aunt pay her bills by working part time jobs. Sometimes its Neoul and Astrid who would bring her lunch . But Neoul and Kathrine always had this amazing chemistry going on between them. As its always been Neoul following her around and giving her all the love and attention .

“ so have you decided to go to the college part today?” asked Kat.
