Loud slapping sounds echoed in my head as I watched the images change like a movie reel in my head. Theo was unable to move, he had a blind fold on, a choker, and harness that wrapped around his chest, with matching harnesses at his thighs. I watched as John used a small whip to hit Theo’s thighs. Soon the images changed, and Theo’s ankles were hooked to his thighs. He was completely exposed. But what shocked me the most was watching him be submissive. I could feel my face growing hot. John had put a vibrator in Theo’s ass, and was tormenting him with the intensity settings. Theo was coming undone.
“What the fuck?” I let it slip out before I could catch myself. Theo’s head snapped back towards me, and he realized what Geri had just done.
“God damn it Geri.” Theo said sighing and hiding his face in his folded arms on the counter top.
“What was that?!” I asked them.
“He’s a fucking dom. And he’s very good at it.” Theo sounded almost embarrassed.
“And you let us dominate you?!” I asked John, completely shocked.
“I’m not a sadist, I don’t enjoy my partner in pain, I merely enjoy watching them lose control of their senses due to pure pleasure. And having you both fuck me felt pretty great too. Plus, I don't mind being a switch.” John answered confidently. “But I do administer punishments for bad behavior, and he knows that.” I can’t believe what I’m hearing.
“WHEN THE HELL WERE YOUR GUYS GOING TO TELL ME THAT?!” I shouted. John turned around, keeping an even unfazed face. It was intimidating. Theo looked up at John, then to me, and I knew I made a mistake in raising my voice. “Sorry.” I said meekly.
“Does it make a difference in our relationship?” John asked calmly. This calmness was scary.
“Well… no, but still. I would have like to have known my mate is into BDSM. I could have done things differently in bed.” I said, still quietly.
“Don’t worry about that. Nothing happened that I didn’t want. Theo knows what I like, and if the need for me to take over had occurred, I would have easily done it. Theo lets me dominate him more than you’d imagine. But I’m not afraid to relinquish my dominance to him on occasion. Unlike some doms, it doesn’t bother me. That's what it means to be a switch.” John was plating our dinner now. It was strange that his focus on our conversation hadn’t messed up his focus on dinner.
“Told you. He’s good at multitasking.” Theo’s voice came in as if he knew what I was thinking… which he probably did. We each grabbed our plates and moved to the dining room.
The atmosphere had changed drastically after I found out about John’s dom side. Theo wasn’t acting like an Alpha. But John was. I was so confused at what was happening. I must have been wearing my confusion on my face, because they both stared at me.
“I’m just at a loss right now. Alpha’s inherently do not give up their Alpha dominance willingly. And he’s letting you take the dominating roll in the relationship. The dynamic is confusing. This kind of thing just doesn’t happen.” I explained.
“First off, he’s not letting me do anything. I simply taught him how to be comfortable with me being the dom. Secondly, I told you already to leave that Alpha/Beta BS at the door.” John answered.
“That’s not necessarily easy to just do for most wolves. Theo has learned how to be around you for the past fifteen years. I only just met you today.” I said, sounding more than a little rude. I saw a flash of Theo’s anger when his eyes turned black. John just sat and ate his dinner without responding.
“Just because I willingly let him be dominant, does not give you the right to be rude to him about it.” Theo was going to make sure I regretted my outbursts today, all of them, when we made it home tonight. I gulped, and dropped the subject after that.
“So, Theo, what is it that we need to talk about still?” John asked.
“Well… a lot. Me rejecting Jason,” I noticeably flinched at that, “whether or not you are accepting both of us, and one other thing… but that’ll come depending on what your answer is to accepting us.”
“I don’t think it’s smart to keep that from him. What if he says yes, then we tell him? Wouldn’t it be better for him to know what he’s getting himself into before getting into it?” Geri questioned. Theo looked at me, like I was the one who thought it. I averted my eyes.
“Don’t be a bitch Jason. Grow a pair.” Geri taunted me.
“Enough Geri. It’s not his choice whether John knows or not.” And there was Fenris.
“SHUT UP ALL OF YOU!” Theo made a loud gasp at my agitated remark. Geri went quiet again. I must have blocked them all from my head.
“That was uncalled for Jason.” Theo said out loud.
“What was?” John asked. We both looked at him, seemingly forgetting he wasn’t able to participate in our mental conversation.
“I’ll explain in an as easy to understand way as I can. Jason and Geri can communicate mentally whenever they want. As can Fenris and I. Jason and I have the ability to also communicate with each other and any member of our pack mentally. Which means Jason, Geri, Fenris and my voices can be heard in our minds at any time. We can block each other out when needed. Jason just blocked all three of us out of his mind. Very rudely.” Theo explained.
“That explains so much. You guys know when you do that, you get this blank far away stare in your eyes, right?” John pointed out.
“We do?” Theo and I asked simultaneously.
“I guess nobody has ever told a pack of wolves that when they talk to each other mentally, they look blank faced.” John said chuckling lightly. “But what were you talking about that I couldn’t be apart of?” John asked accusingly. Theo and I both froze, not wanting… or knowing how to tell him.
“Um…” I started but was quickly interrupted.
“Jason. Don’t.” Theo used his Alpha voice, which meant I had no choice to obey.
“Theodore Isaac Matthews. I know you did not just use some Alpha trick on Jason to avoid telling me something. You do realize YOUR secrets is what made me break up with you in the first damn place?” John sounded so angry.
“I’m sorry John, but I don’t think you’re ready to know that much yet.” Theo replied.
“Fuck you Theo. That’s not your decision to make for me.” John’s anger was growing.
“John, please calm down. I physically can not handle you being angry. Theo already explained that to you.” I said quietly, placing my hand on his wrist. John calmed a little, but not enough to ease my anxiety. “He’s not wrong Theo, it’s not our place to make decisions like this for him. He does deserve to know. I agree with Geri.” I said, trying to calm the room.
“God! FINE! If you accept us as your mates, in order for you to be accepted as our mate, we would have to turn you. You would have to join our pack, and ultimately, move in to our pack house.” Theo said. He could have been a lot more delicate about telling a human he has to become a werewolf in order to be with the people who are marked as his soul mates.
“You mean I would have to become a wolf to be able to stay with you guys?” He said, dropping his fork against his plate in a loud clatter.
“Yes.” Theo said shortly.
“Theo, seriously what is wrong with you right now? Why are you in such a bad mood?” I asked, trying to keep my tone calm and polite.
“I don’t know. I just feel overwhelmingly irritated right now.” He answered. Geri gasped. Weird, I thought I blocked him out...
“His rut!” Awe man. The longer the three of us are together, the more it’s beginning to feel like this relationship will be about sex all the time.
And because John didn’t know enough about wolves yet, he didn’t understand the situation we were headed into. He just switched the topics, as if that were going to help.
“What about that rejection thing. I know why you said you did it, but can you mend a rejected bond?” He asked, sounding incredibly naïve.
“Yes we can mend it. But it will require effort on both parts.” I answered. “It’s like throwing a million blades into both our chests when the bond gets rejected by either party. The only reason you didn’t feel it was because you technically didn’t do the rejecting or get rejected.” Without missing a beat, John look me in the eyes and grabbed my hand tight in his.
“Jason, I don’t plan to reject you as my mate. I’m not ready to officially accept you, we have things to work through first, but you don’t have to worry about losing me too.” I smiled and tears filled my eyes. I knew already that he didn’t plan to reject me, he said as much earlier. But hearing it still makes me feel better.
“The goddess really blessed us with this one Jase.” Geri said, in a good natured jab at the sweet nickname John had used not too long ago.
“We are blessed. Now we just have to navigate the brute over there.” Geri said. I knew Theo had tuned into my thoughts because his eyes met mine, less angry more amused now.
“If Geri keeps that up, I’ll show him what this brute can do.” His eyes sparkled with mischief. John snorted.
“Did your really just call him a brute?” I smiled and shook my head no.
“Geri did, and nosy over there heard it because he can’t keep his ears to himself.” I gestured to Theo. John chuckled and nodded his head as if he understood.
“Look guys. Today has been a total whirlwind for all of us. It’s a lot for me to take in. I don’t plan to reject either of you, but having to become a wolf to be with you is a huge bomb to drop. We need to mend our relationship on all fronts. Between me and Jason, me and Theo, and between the two of you, before we make any further decisions. So why don’t we, for now, just agree to be friends and get to know each other better. For my sake.”
“That’s a great idea. I’d really like to be your friend first so we can know each other better.” I agreed.
“Does ‘just friends’ mean no sex?” Theo asked. I understood why he asked, but in this moment he could have asked a better question.
“Theo that’s kind of rude.” I said, causing him to look at me in a pleading gaze. His rut was coming fast, and he needed some relief.
“John, Theo is about to start his Alpha’s rut. Basically he’s about to become an aggressively horny beast. He can be sated for short periods of time through sex with his mates, but it’ll last about three or four days.” I explained Theo’s rude question.
“I suppose we should help him shouldn’t we?” John asked, smiling deviously.
***Most of my chapters will only be split in multiple parts so that they fit in the guidelines for Tapas. Doing this may cause some episodes so be signifcantly longer or shorter than others. It's unintentional on my part, but I hope you enjoy the story regardless!***
