When I was about to knock the door opened by themselves. The floor was covered with red petals, there were candles everywhere, the air smelled sweet and it was cold. The living room no longer had the junk pile, it was clean and tidy.
- You like it? – I heard Morgan behind me, - Were you robbed? How nice of them to have the place cleaned – she laughed. Because of how her footsteps sounded she was barefoot, the friction of a fabric that dragged along with her walk gave me goose bumps, thinking that under whatever the fabric was, Morgan would be as in the photo.
- You came back – She leaned her head against my back, - What if I didn’t? All this to waste – I tried to focus on something else, the beautiful night sky, the waves, but it was impossible. - Well, you’re here – her fingers reached my arm, barely pressing, she was teasing me.
- Only to ask you the meaning of this – I made my phone appear on my hand, - Of what? – playing dumb didn’t saved her, - The photo, Morgan – I was serious for a moment, - You didn’t like it? – then she made a pouting noise as she slid her hands up my torso, briefly clinging to my abdomen and then releasing me.
- We’ve just met – my voice cracked, I wanted to move due to panic reflexes, but I was focused on how her fingers looked on me, - And? You’re beautiful, and…I like you – my blood froze, my body tensed up, - So, I’m here, a woman, asking another if she likes her back –.
I turned around to see her, indeed she was wearing the same - Don’t do this to me, Morgan – I breathed, my chest going up and down noticeably.
- Are you afraid? – Of her? No, I was of the fact that I didn’t trusted myself around her, If I’d lose control, everything could end very badly, for her.
I felt strange and insecure, as if all my strength had vanished after the slightest touch. She seemed to notice her effects on me, as if she slowly realized she had me more and more in the palm of her hand, well, it's not like I wasn't from the start.
Her voice, while she spoke to me, I imagined her lips moving to the beat of her words, so naturally red, in my most perverse fantasies I saw myself biting them until they bleed, and she would moan between pain and pleasure, but always begging for more.
- Yes – that’s all I could answer.
- Of what? – I heard a creak on the floor, if I hadn't been in such an erotic situation I would’ve laughed, because of the difference in height, she had to get on a stool to whisper in my ear.
- You make me weak, I’ll hurt you – her lips on the nape of my neck send a cold shiver down my spine, and a bestially growl scape my throat, which didn’t scare her, it made her more turned on. - Then hurt me, I don’t care as long as it’s you – fuck! how she insisted, gently caressing every little bit of exposed skin, which wasn’t much, but with so much care and lust!
- It won’t be good – I stated, traying to get my voice a bit steadier.
- What exactly? The feeling you’ll get as if your legs might give out soon, your skin tingling under my teeth? My tongue savoring every inch of your skin, slowly, eternally –.
She slid my jacket off my shoulders and let it drop to the floor, quickly taking my hands in hers while she licked, nibbled and kissed my shoulders and neck.
- While my fingers are tracing, exploring – both of my wrists were held by one of her hands, while the other went shamelessly under my shirt, slowly caressing my abdomen up to the edge of the bra I was wearing.
- Tempting – I said with a shaky sigh.
- Exactly. Also bites, tiny ones, around your breasts, on the edge of your hip bones – both her hands grabbed my hips, pulling my body closer to her.
- And your lower back…or maybe even somewhere else? – I sensed her going lower on my back, so I turned around and backed up a few steps away from her.
- Why don’t you bite the dust? – I growled; it might actually have sounded more like a purr.
- Is that what you really want? – she stepped down from de stool slowly, and in the same pace she came closer.
- You’re drunk, mi vida, I know you’ll regret it – tucking a wild strand of her hair behind her ear I made my point very clear - I will regret it –.
- That’s funny, you think that someone has to be drunk to like you, well guess what – she grabbed me by the collar of my shirt and pulled my face to be dangerously close to hers.
- W-What? – I tried to keep my eyes only in the floor, but her hypnotic gaze had me falling hard. - There’s not a single drop of liquor on me – Morgan whispered before crashing her lips on mine.
- Do you still think you'll regret it? – her pupils were dilated and her lips tasted bittersweet, like a combination of some beverage and a piece of strawberry bubblegum.
- Still debating – I had my eyes closed, “I must control myself” I thought, but she kissed me again, this time pulling me by my neck.
- Tessa I want you – Morgan begged, her eyes closed and her lips still pressed against mine, - Morgan – I gently pushed her away from me, - Your mouth tastes funny and you barely can stand, I’ll take you to bed – I swoop off her feet and carried her mumbling-self down to her room and into the sheets.
- Stay – sighing I sat next to her, pulling the cover on top of my legs, - Hvis du bare visste hvor mye og hvor mindre du får meg til å føle meg, min kjærlighet – I whispered while she rested her aching body on mine, - It means, “If only you knew how much, and how less, you make me feel, mi amor” – I smiled, somehow my grin just got stuck on my face.
I texted Anthony to check on them. First thing in the morning I was going to put an end to whatever and whoever was using my scales, that material couldn't be used for anything non-lethal, so it must be something bad.
To this day I wish I hadn't found out, there were 3 days until Ragnarök, the day I would face my fears.
Much was going through my mind, but still I managed to get some sleep, the melody of my dreams lulled me until I fell due to fatigue.
The notes seemed to float in the air, each one more complicated than the last, they unwrapped and tangled with each other. Glowing and blazing like decoration lights, they were at least a nice distraction as I drowned in a dark, clay-colored sea.
The liquid was so thick that it slowly got down my throat, I couldn't spit it out, I couldn't even move a muscle, the more I resisted the more I sank. I snapped my eyes open as a crash froze my nerves, and then something grabbed my arms and pulled me out of the water. The sky was blue and green, as if it were night but at the same time there were no stars, only green clouds creating thunder and freezing rain.
When I straightened up I realized that I was not even in the water, if not in the sand, a desert in continuous movement that resembled the ocean, until it froze, as if time had stopped.
I examined my surroundings, I was apparently alone, the sky was strange and the sand was purple. Green, red and purple, in dreams? Green for self-development or envy; Red, for energy or destruction; and the purple? the color of change and transition.
I must say that my chances looked quite threatening, even more so when I realized that I was not really alone.
He was sitting, his body resting against a column, in the distance I could see that he was not tense or on guard, but rather depressed.
I tried to get closer to him, but every step I gave It took me further and further away. Screaming was no use either, I had no voice.
He turned around, faceless and in apparent terror he pointed at me, after a screech he dissolved into black sand. I had to look behind me, but I was terrified, armed with a little valor I did and when I opened my eyes I was on a different place, an office.
All I can say about that place is that there was an orange clock, ticking on the screen of a suspended monitor, the sound was echoing all over the room, - Just like they say, time… – the clock jumped off the screen, it had a quite lively and cheerful tone, honestly very annoying.
- Is running – it smiled at me and started running in circles until it broke down, like it exploded and its pieces jumped everywhere, it literally fell apart.
The floor under me opened but before I fell, I woke up.
- What…the fuck? – I whispered, my eyes wide opened, sweaty, heart racing like a mad horse, and for an unknown reason I lost sensibility on my shoulder. But before I started panicking I saw Morgan really cozy next to me.
- Hi – she muttered while getting herself even closer to me, her head back under my chin and an arm placed over my stomach, - Sorry, did I woke you? – she had the cutest bedhead, - No, why? – her eyes were lazily still closed, I was definitely melting, - Don’t worry, It’s still very early, sleep darling – she giggled and dozed off almost instantly.
It was almost two in the morning, the sun wasn’t going to be showing for another 3 or 4 hours, so I just moved so I could have Morgan snuggling into my chest, hugging her whole being with my arms and tail, almost wishing I didn't have to leave.
Unfortunately they were my last quality hours with her, only to then not see her for perhaps thousands of years. I could only hope for the better, honestly.
Silly and stupid past me.
