The moment I look on this weird text, my crystal lamp strangely glows.

“Why is this odd lamp glowing like this?”

I raise the crystal lamp to inspect its glowing appearance. As it angles on the rock, I suddenly notice that its mirror image transfers to the rock and begins to translate itself to my known local language.

“Wait…. What? It’s translating the text.”

I begin to understand what’s written on this jagged of rock. It then means:

“If you seek refuge, let the Goddess Aegis shelter you.”

As I begin to pronounce the words, a strange light engulfs me. I’m transported into a huge and bright city whom I know not.

“Ugh my eyes…wait where is this?”

I raise my head and see a large statue as high as a mountain. It’s a woman status with a shield on its left hand and a bright sun, holding on its right hand, that shines through the vast place. I recall the writing on the stoned rock.

*Goddess Aegis…this must be her statue. *

This must be the place where I can hire a Tanker. Based on that shield that the statue is holding, I assume this place is where the Shield Faction is.

I start to venture in the place. It’s a lively city full of different people, having the same goal as me. To hire a Tanker. I go around to ask someone for direction, when a voice distracts me.

“Welcome! Welcome young traveler to the City that Never Sleeps, The Underground City of Ambeist”.

A man who greets every stranger that passes by. I approach him and ask where the Guild of the Shield Faction is located. I am told that it is located just at the back of the statue. I’m somewhat amaze in the hospitality of the people. Quite friendly, huh.

As I look around to reach my destination, I realize the city uses crystal for their lights and the buildings and infrastructures are quite simple yet advance. I also notice something strange in the place. Night is out of the question. There is nothing of that in the place. So that’s the reason why the city is known as the “City that Never Sleeps”, because there is no chance that people can experience night here.

Time passed and I reached the Guild of the Shield Faction. An elegant simple looking establishment. Amazing. With its symbol banner on the front and a glassed door for the entrance and exit. It is astonishing knowing that people inside are busy lining up for the sake of granting their request to hire a Tanker, considering it is comparable to a solemn fully furnished firm outside.

I went inside and read the notice on the board. The lowest tanker is B rank while the highest is SSS rank. Each holds a certain equivalent amount to which rank of Tanker a person will choose to hire. But with all the information I read, the SSS Rank Tanker has no information on its cost of service. I’m about to fall in line when I hear a commotion.

“WHAT?!!! Two diamonds just for hiring an SSS Rank Tanker?!”
