Beatrice’s pov

“You did not make Lucifer send me to fucking earth” a voice yelled

I blinked a few times, feeling my body come back to consciousness, my eyes met Olivia’s, she stood between the door frame, her arms crossed and a pissed look on her face

“Good morning to you too” I smirked

“Oh don’t give me that!”

“But it’ll be fun to have a room for ourselves, no one to interrupt” I smiled,the lines in her forehead pinched together. She got even more pissed, it’s kinda cute. I sighed before answering

“Listen, I didn't ask my father to send you with me, I guess it’s an order but if you really don’t want to come then I’ll talk to him” I mumbled her face relaxed and her hands fell to her side

“It’s not that I don’t want to come along, it’s just, I prefer to be here. But if you’d really like me to, I’ll be there with you” she smiled before taking a seat on the edge of the bed

I leaned my back against the headboard. The covers slid down to my stomach revealing my bra

“Miss Amo-Excuse me” Stefan corrected before bowing his head to avoid the view. I couldn’t imagine how this must look right now

“I swear it’s not what it looks like” I chuckled

“No need to explain yourself ma’am”

“Is there something you need?” I asked

“Yes, Your father has summoned you to his quarters, I assume this is for the arrangement of today” he says before leaving

“Shit, I haven’t packed” I hissed

“I’ll do it, go talk to Lucifer, I’ll meet you there” Olivia smiles before walking over to my closet

I nodded and threw a shirt on before making my way to my father's office

Finally, I'll be out of this place, hell is all fun and games until you realize it's forever

I walked down the long hallway, my fingers ran over the red walls, I'll miss this place

I stood in front of the door, it was 10 times the size of I was. Two guards pushed the door open, I gave small nod before entering

“Beatrice! Good morning” Lucifer greeted cheerfully

“Good morning father” I smiled taking a seat on the desk

"How are you feeling about today?"

"Excited, nervous, all the fucking butterflies"

"it's great that you're passionate about something" he smiled

"I've arranged for you, Stefan and Olivia to stay in a mansion near the Dracula's, you'll be closer to Lily and you'll have some close friends of mine to go to in case of anything" he says, my jaw hung. Was this really happening? Nah, somebody pinch me

"Thank you so much" I smile "You have no idea how special this is"

"Anything for you my daughter, but I do have to warn you"

"What's that?"

"Your powers. Please don't abuse it" he says, I could tell he was serious

"I trust you, but it never hurts to make sure you understand that it's important to not abuse your powers on the mortals" he says

"I promise I won't" I assured, I placed a hand on his and gave a small squeeze, he smiled

"I hope you've packed" Ah shit

"Yeah about that-"

"It's all here" Olivia says, I whip my neck around to see Olivia standing at the door, her arms hung behind her back and a few maids held suitcases which I assumed were mine. I smirked

She's amazing

"Great, Your transportation should be here any minute, go get something to eat and meet us at the door in a couple minutes" my father says

I nodded and made my way back to my room, I took a shower and threw on a white button up and a black sweater with some jeans and vans. I pulled my hair into a simple bun and left to eating area

"Are you packed?" I asked Stefan who stood at the door

"I am, it's all in the car" he says

"And what about you?" I asked Olivia

"I packed last night" she says before shoving a fork in her mouth

"So... You already agreed to coming but you came to my room to yell at me? I smirked

"I-"

"You what, knew I was half naked and wanted to catch a glimpse?" I smirked

"No! I-"

"You thought I'd beg for you to come with me, then we'd make out and I'd take you right there?" I ask

"Take her where?" Lucifer asked entering the room

Stefan coughed again before chuckling, I smirked and held focus on Olivia, the panic in her eyes brought me joy

"Sir, we were just discussing the trip to Earth" Olivia says standing in the presence of my father

"Ah yes, I wished I could accompany you all but apparently SOMEONE has to run hell" he playfully rolled his eyes, I giggled at his playfulness

"It takes a strong, fierce and terrifying man to rule this place" I smirked

"Well I'm all of that and more" he smiled

"Sir, it's time" Stefan announced, Lucifer wiped his lips with a napkin

"Yes, you must be in your way, the portal only stay open for a certain time" he says, I grabbed an apple before we all made our way to the car

"Olivia, I ensure you'll take care of my daughter" Lucifer says

"Oh she definitely will" I smirked, Olivia lightly nudged my sides, I chuckled

"I will sir, I'll have all of her documents prepared by tomorrow to start her school" Olivia says, my father nods before turning to Stefan

"If anything happens to my daughter I swear I will not hesitate to make the rest of your life torture" Lucifer says to Stefan with a serious look on his face. Stefan seemed to tense up

"I will never put her in harm's way sir, you can count on that" he says

"Oh relax man, I'm just fucking with you, she's a big girl, she can handle herself, I didn't train her for 15 years for no reason. She's one of the assassins on hell" Lucifer says

At a young age, my father has taught me how to fight for myself, guards can only protect you this far. What's gonna happen when there's no-one to protect you but yourself?

It was painful at first but everything gets better with practice

15 years worth of practice

"Beatrice, my dear" my father says"Have fun up there, I hope you'll call everyday, send me your coordinates and fuck a bitch up" he smiles. How did I get a father like this?

"I will, now let me go, I'll be back it's not like I'm leaving forever" I chucked, he stretched his arms out, I wrapped my arms around his back and held tightly

"I'll miss you" I whispered

"I'll miss you so much baby" he says

We pull apart and I see a tear trying desperately to escape his eye

"Don't go all mushy on me now" I groaned playfully

"I'm not crying, it's just the evil in my eyes" he chucked

"Right then, off you go" he says, I waved goodbye before getting into the car

My head rested against the tinted glass window, I took a deep breath in.I was leaving my home for the first time, I was leaving behind the world I love

It was for the best right?

I felt clustered in my own room

I needed a change

Even if it was just for a couple weeks

I need to experiment, I need to explore

I refuse to be young and insecure

"Are you ready?" Olivia asks

"Definitely"
