“Dean!” Sam yelled and caught his older brother before he collapsed on the floor, he picks Dean up as Cas got rid of the angels. “Cas! Dean needs healing or he’ll die.” Castiel rushed over and placed his hand on Dean’s chest, healing him. “We need to leave, now!” Castiel commanded, fending off more of the angels. “Go!” Castiel yelled as he was tackled, Sam rushed out of the warehouse, opening the back door of the Impala, he sets Dean down inside, closing and locking the door.
Castiel grunted as he was pinned down by multiple angels. “Heh. Look who decided to poke their ugly head here, Luci.” Micheal chuckled. “Castiel, how lovely,” Lucifer smirked. “Now, where are our vessels? I know you hid them somewhere.” Micheal growled, leaning down. “Not a chance.” Castiel spits in Micheals's face, The archangel hissed and wiped his face. “Let him go!” A voice called from the entrance of the warehouse. “Ah, Sam Winchester.” Lucifer spun around to face Sam. “Leave him alone!” Castiel struggled, suddenly, Dean rushes in, holding an angel blade. “This isn’t worth our time, Lucifer, we must prepare,” Micheal said, resting his hand on Lucifer’s shoulder. “Fine.” Lucifer spat. “Let's go.” He commanded, the angels immediately unpinned Castiel and stood, they all disappeared. “What...the hell?” Dean rushed over to Castiel. “Cas, are you alright?” Castiel nodded and stood up. “It’s nice to know you care about me so deeply.” The Angel smiled, causing Dean’s face to go red. “S-Shut up.” He turns and walked over to Sam, walking out, Castiel and Sam follow, they get in the Impala and Castiel teleports it back to Bobby’s Junkyard...
Dean & Sam shuffled out of the Impala, they follow Castiel inside, the house was barren. “Where’s Bobby?” Dean raised his eyebrow. “Dunno, he said he was going to go out somewhere when we left to get you.” Sam sighed. “Oh.” Dean breathed. “I’m going to go talk to Cas outside, alone.” Dean nodded as Castiel who walks outside. “Mhm.” Sam hummed in acknowledgment and walked down the hall.
Dean walked outside, kicking at the gravel as he walked over to Castiel, he grabs Cas’s arm, pulling him into one of the abandoned cars. “Dean-” Castiel looked confused. “Sh.” Dean stopped Castiel with his finger. “I’ve figured out my feelings, I guess.” Dean shrugged. “Oh, And?” Castiel raised his eyebrow. “I think..”
Dean Winchester’s life was easy enough..care for Sammy, put food on the table, hunt things, take a beating for his younger brother. He always looked over the whole “soul mates” idea thinking it was a big pile of bullshit. But when he met a Angel with eyes as blue as the oceans in the Caribbean and a trench coat it all changed. Sacrifices had to be made. Old habits had to literally “die hard” and he had to change his whole entire view for one man.
