Chapter 04: Sleepover; Wandering around the city.

[Luca’s P.O.V.]

I invited them to come over to my house. We took a taxi to get to the hotel that I stayed in quickly.

At first, they didn’t want to take a taxi because it was expensive, but I told them I’d pay. They still didn’t want to because it was embarrassing for me to pay. But after arguing whether to take a taxi or not, after a few minutes they also agreed.

We’re at the hotel. It’s already 6:00 pm. On the elevator, we talked about who kill Mort Felix. We were on the 40th floor we entered room 10-01.

I barely equipped my room with no television or anything, even a picture of my family or me.

I took the drinks and the snacks. We played board games, truth or dare. They asked if they could sleep in my room, and I said it’s okay.

They called their parents to say that they were not going home, and they were sleeping at their friend’s house, and their parents agreed.

While I prepared their beds and took the comforter to sleep well, they take a shower and borrow some clothes. Abel and Jayen sleep next to me, and Trixie, Analyn, and Calix shared the large foldable bed.

[7000 years ago]

[Primus’ P.O.V.]

It’s been years since I don’t see my best friend, Osmond. Still, I’m finding a meteor strike the earth. I became stronger before I left the village. I’m pretending to be an ordinary traveler that was wandering land and lands.

After wandering around ten years later, I returned to the mountain where the meteor hit. I waited a few days until Osmond arrived. After he arrives, he got no information on where the Meteor came from.

“Primus, I create a new technique called ‘Dimensional storage’ we can hide the Star Fragment here,” Osmond said with a big smile.

"Really let me see," I replied

I also have another Technique called Soul Manipulation Technique, and this technique allows you to manipulate the soul of things with souls, but I won't tell Osmond this first because it's not perfect yet.

We excavated the Star Fragment and placed it in ‘dimensional storage.’

[Luca’s P.O.V.]

I’m the one who first wakes up. After waking up, I prepared breakfast for them to eat, and I also prepared a bath for them to bathe. I woke Jayen up.

“Get up. It’s time for you to get ready.” I remove his blanket.

“Let me just get five more minutes of sleep,” Jayen replied.

I remove his pillow and hit Jayen with a pillow. Then he stood up immediately to retaliate. And he also strikes me with a pillow, and the noise of the two of us makes them all woke up.

They complain that we’re too noisy. They help me fix the bed and the room, and we eat the breakfast I made, but it’s burnt.

After we eat, they get ready to go home to get dressed to go to school. Jayen goes home and comes back to invite me to wander around the city.

“Luca, where did you want to go?” Jayen asked

“I do not know the places in the city. Where is it nice to go,” I replied,

“Let’s go on a food trip:”

“Okay.”

We ate a lot of food, and after a few hours, we would go to school to pick up Calix, Trixie, Analyn, and Abel, but some thugs stopped us at the alley.

“Hey kid, maybe you have money there if you don’t want to be beaten. We’ll just have a little more to drink at the bar.” The man with weird tattoos on the neck and a scar on the nose threatened us.

We ignored them.

“Hey kids, don’t be rude if you don’t want to be beaten.” A short guy staring us down.

“If you can.” I glared, smirking.

“Do you think a high schooler can beat us!” The short guy attacks me. I dodge him, kick him in the knee.

Another guy tries to smash me and thrust my fist through his stomach, then I kick his groin and smack his face.

The man with the tattoo was holding the knife that was on Jayen’s neck.

“Hey, brat! Kill your friend if you won’t give them money.” the man said.

“Really?” I asked

“Huh? are you crazy? Do you really want your friend to die?” The man with weird tattoos on the neck and a scar on the nose said.

“I’m okay, Luca, I’m okay,” Jayen said in a small panicky voice.

“I know,” I replied.

“Oh… so your name is Luca, Luca give me now the freaking money!” the man said in a sigh of irritation, shouting.

“Okay…” I agree

I walk towards them, get my wallet in my pocket and flickered to his side, and punch him that put him asleep. I put my wallet in my pocket.

“I thought you’ll give the give... by the way, thanks.” Jayen gasped.

“Why would I? After we pick them up, we’ll invite them to eat dinner at the new restaurant, right? Then I’ll have no money with me.” I said.

“By the way, why you didn’t use the-” Jayen is interrupted

“I said we’re not talking about that stuff.” I Interrupted.

We went to the school and waited for an hour.

“Hey!! Luca, Jayen, what are you doing here?” Trixie said.

“Picking Four of you.” Jayen Replied.

“Why didn’t I see Calix,” I asked.

“Calix didn’t go to school today, she said. She has a family emergency, and she said she would not go to school for a week because they were going to their province.” Analyn replied.

“Ooh… Then should we eat later at the newly open restaurant we passed by earlier,” Jayen said.

“Sure!” Trixie, Analyn, Abel agreed.

After we eat, we play a few games, go to the karaoke, and go home. Then Jayen asked a question.
