To whom it may concern. 

My name is Fred Wiggletale and I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the matter of heating and hot water not being provided for over a week. 

According to the rules, all of the first-year university students must be housed together with their kind to avoid conflicts and lack of needed services, such as blood freezers for vampires or roof exits for witches. As for werewolves, we were provided accommodation near the forest, but our other needs have been overseen. While we can survive through the winter without heating and hot water, education requires writing essays and reports, reading, typing and attending lectures with other people around. Therefore we are obliged to use our less resistant human forms without a possibility to shower or get warm.  

We notified you about the issue almost immediately, as we had come back from the hunt in honour of the Moon Goddess and desperately needed to shower, but did not receive an answer. By that moment, the whole apartment is covered in dirt and blood and reeks of three young males living together unsupervised. 

I will be grateful if my complaint is attended to as soon as possible.
