Ingredients:
7 1/2 ounces 2% milk
1/2 oz heavy cream
1 oz milk chocolate
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp powdered sugar
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp cocoa powder
Directions:
Place the milk, heavy cream, and chocolate in a small sauce pan and heat on medium low while stirring frequently with a whisk. Do so until all the chocolate is melted, then add all remaining ingredients except for the vanilla extract. Continue to heat on medium low while stirring frequently until your mixture reaches 175 degrees. Stirring constantly avoids a skin developing, as well as making sure nothing burns on the bottom of the pan. Once you have removed the mixture from the heat, add your vanilla extract. Now stir quickly and rapidly with the whisk until a layer of bubbles forms on top of the cocoa.
Pour into your cup and enjoy!
