It has been a couple of months since I have awoken. I haven't done much except meditate and speak with the god and goddess. I never really did go into detail about them or about our culture behind them. I might as well now. As I said before we have four different tribes however just two clans, as I said we are called angels and devils but that is just the names given to us by humans. I'll start with my clan, the Nyx clan, we hold the tribes of Pheonix and soul. the people within the clan tend to have red eyes with a medium to darker hair color. The main reason why the Phoenix and Soul tribe fall under us is because they will have a way easier time learning them depending on your tribe but mainly because the god has blessed you with his power, we follow the god of destruction however serve of having a deep respect for the goddess of darkness Nyx, hence the name. if you are blessed by the god of destruction you will hold a more pure red however if you are blessed by Nyx whenever you use her power your eyes will go completely black. The other clan is known as the ariels this clan tends to have green eyes and a lighter shade of hair be it lavender or pastel pink you name it, someone was probably born with it. this clan holds the tribes' geokinesis and Enki, their power dynamic works the same so imma skip that part and go straight to the gods. The ariels follow the goddess terra but have a deep respect for the angel Ariel, I guess you can say that Nyx and Ariel are the proxies for the god and goddess. When someone is blessed by the goddess when they use her powers there eyes will have a beautiful emerald green while if they are blessed by Ariel they will turn completely white. you might be thinking to yourself "well damn I bet the clans hate each other because they hold different gods to a higher importance." well I'm here to tell you that you are completely and utterly wrong. But actually, we respect each others' beliefs because as I stated before the god and goddess are forever in love creating and destroying at a pace where it is peaceful and beautiful, it would be kinda stupid of us to shit on each other for such a petty reason. If you are wondering about which god I follow well, I follow both, it would be kinda off-putting if I were to only follow one since I have been blessed by both the god and goddess. Now that we have got the god and goddess out of the way I will now talk about how exactly our power works and just not where it stems from. as you now know we gain our powers based on who blessed us. However, the power one is blessed with simply means that one will have an easier time mastering that source of power. it doesn't limit them especially if the god and goddess are infatuated with you. For example, when one is born in the Pheonix tribe within the Nyx clan, they will specialize in fire-type magic but they can also learn water magic with GREAT difficulty of course. As I stated before the color of our eyes holds great meaning to us. The purer the color is the more powerful one is. the reason why we belive this is because our eyes are the gateway to our soul of which the god or goddess is protecting the closer they are to your soul means the more power from them going to you. well anyways I have to go find a new kingdom to stay in and live in. hopefully this time I can become a knight and not be able to simply because I am a girl. geez, humans am I right. Ah actually now that I think about it I might've been too young. That makes sense. well, I'm off to do some research till next time.
