Mavis dropped the clothes she had in her hands and ran to her room. Her father peeked in and saw her putting some armor on. He came in and told her to stop, but she didn't. He then grabbed her arm. Her father asked her why she had armor. Mavis explained that her mother gave it to her as a gift right before she died. He then asked why she was putting it on and why she was hiding it.
