"Oh sorry, it wasn't my intension to stare." While looking on the ground I continued talking. "Ehm would you tell me who you are?"

"Usually you introduce yourself first before asking for someone's name. Well, since you don't have a name, I forgive you. My name is Malice and I'm a greater demon. A greater demon is something like a noble under the demons." She jumped off the railing and came up to me. "You are very impressive, using the Authority of the Undead King on your first day."

Authority of the Undead King, what does she mean with that? And what's with her name? "Ehm what do you mean with that?"

"Huh?" She looked very confused "Don't say you don't know what the Authority of the Undead King is." I shook my head. "Are you for real the Undead King, normaly you should know this from the moment of your birth." She waited for a few seconds and then she exhaled loudly. "Ok I'll explain for you. This authority alowes you to come back to live, after your core has been destroyed."

"Ahhh... I still don't get it. What is this core you're talking about?"

"You don't even know this much?" She sat down on the railing while having a disappointed look on her face. "The core is the heart of an undead, when it gets destroyed the undead dies and gets erased from this world. But the undead king can restore its core and come back to life like this."

"Wouldn't that mean i'm immortal?" Finally I have an overpowered skill like most of the isekai protago-

"Of course, not what are you thinking?" Yeah, what was I thinking, theres no way something like this would happen. "You can't come back to life if you core is completely destroyed, so that not even one speck of dust remains or when you soul is sealed or erased." She stood up and balanced on the railing. "But you need to have the willpower to resist the Hellfire and that's something only the first and fourth undead kings were capable of, because they were the only undead kings that survived longer than two years. But you didn't even survive for an hour, but still used the authority. That's impressive, if you forget the part with dying in under an hour." She began to giggle.

That probably means that the power needs two years to manifest. "And how was I able to use it?"

"Don't ask me. Why should I know something like this? Rather than that, tell me how he was."

"Who do you mean?" I set down on the other railing.

"The demon god Zhifar, of course. You met him right? He lost his memories in an fight against the godess of love Athania and since then he never showed himself again to anyone." She sat down in front of me. 

"Wait he lost against the godess of love? The demon god lost?" 

"Yes, she used dirty tricks, this bitch!" She looked very angry at this moment. "First she dares to reject him and then she doesn't even fight fair!.

"Ahh I Understand" I'm sure this demon god is just stupid but I can't say this, if I do she'll probably kill me. "He was special. It seemed like he has fun burning people and calling himself a superior being"

"Looks like he hasn't changed, that's good." Wait he was like this before? I think I understand why he got rejected.

Malice stood up and went up the stairs. She held out her hand and something that looked like a portal appeared in front of her. "I have to go now but I'm always waching you, that's my job after all. Ah but before I go I have to give you this." She pulled an big sword out of the portal and threw it to me. "With this you should be able to fight, don't you dare lose it! Before fighting these strong monster again, you should train a bit if not you have to run away again."

She entered the portal and it disappeared behind her. "She could've taken me with her. This sword looks heavy I think I have to hold it with bo-" I took the sword and easily lifted it with one hand. "Woah this body is amazing! To think that I'm this strong." With my new sword I went to the hallway on the left side of the room. 

"Now that I think about I killed this goblin so easily. Maybe this has something to do with this body? I should ask Malice when I meet her again."

"This undead king is very interesing. He knows nothing about himself or this world, what exactly is he?" I walked down the basement stairs while looking at the magic ball to observe him. "But this barrier sure is a problem. Who could've known that you can enter it but can't leave, even my dimension magic doesn't work. Who the hell made this barrier and for what reason?"

After the stairs I took the long hallway on the left and at the and of this hallway was a locked door. "Tsk, divine magic I can't enter like this. I have to go the other way, but I'm curious what's behind this door. I have to find a way to open it later."

I went back and this time I went the to right way. The right way seemed like a warehouse, there was nothing interesting but at the end behind a big box was a door. I opened the door and entered the room. "Is this a researchroom?" On the desk in the middle of the room lay a notebook. I opened the notebock an began to read.

"Holy sword? So that's what's behind the door but it doesn't seem to be the reason for the barrier."
