Yang Ge's palms began to sweat from the heat emitting from the high ceiling industrial fluorescent light together with poorly ventilated windows. Despite the overhead fan it did little for Yang Ge.

The invigilator's Hawk-like eyes saw a student subtly looking down.

"Hey! You! Yes, you over there! What are you looking at?!"

"N-nothing, I wasn't looking at anything. Please don't fail me. Teacher Lau!"

Yang Ge almost jumped out of his skin when he heard the examiner shout at another exam taker. The wails of the other student caused Yang Ge to momentarily lose his train of thought.

"Final warning! I'm not just talking to him but to the rest of you who think you can cheat and get away with it! If I catch you, it is an automatic failure! Understand!"

"Yes, SIR!!!!"

In unison the students chorused their agreement to abide by the unspoken rules of the exam.
