I woke up naked on a stone altar in the middle of a field that stretched for miles. Slowly I pushed myself up as my hands touched against the stone I felt a surge of energy and for a large amount of time everything around me turned bright silver I heard a small thud as a gold coin hit the ground. Picking it up I noticed that each side had a face on it. The faces were eerily familiar as if they were someone that I'd just seen but I struggled to remember who they were. On one side was a regal face of a man and the other that of a woman with horns. The more I studied the coin the harder it became to concentrate and soon I realized I wasn't holding anything at all.
Confused and naked I decided my best bet was to try to get home as I figured I was just coming down from the drugs I had taken the day before. I started walking and was amazed that I could smell the scents of the grass beneath my feet and even seemed to be able to taste the clean air as it entered into my lungs. Being from the city I wasn't used to clean air and growing up my sense of smell had always been terrible so It was a new experience for me. I felt a sense of joy as I continued to walk, but I soon noticed that no matter how far I walked, I turned around and the stone circle that I'd woken up on seemed to be right behind me. Moving back to it I studied it closer and found that on the other side of it opposite of where I had walked there was a stone staircase leading down into the ground.
Not seeing much choice I decided that I must still be high and thought I might as well walk down the staircase. Looking down the staircase seemed to descend infinitely on the right side was an intricate glass lantern with a blue flame inside. It had a silver handle that was hanging from a golden hook in the wall. Thinking it may be useful to light my way, I grabbed the lantern and started to walk down the stairs. After walking for a while I noticed that I was walking up instead of down, thoroughly confused I turned around and saw a glistening stone wall behind me.
With no choice left to me I continued my now ascent up the stone stairs I eventually came upon in an open room. The room was bare except for a double-arched door at the end of it. On the right-hand door was an embossed image in a Silver color of a woman with emerald hair and red horns holding an obsidian staff and on the left was a figure of a man embossed in gold with jet black hair and a golden crown In his right hand stretch upward towards the woman was a lantern looking much like the one in my own hand.
As I walked closer towards the doors the lantern started to glow a blinding silver then suddenly I was surrounded with pitch dark blackness. I heard a grating sound and slowly as what I could only assume was the doors opening I saw a bunch of bright lights in the distance in front of me.
