" Sarah! Breakfasttt! " it felt like home, making breakfast and calling people to eat. Growing up in a household with 5 siblings, and being the oldest with parents who were barely home, I had gotten used to it. Anyways, Sarah comes down stairs. " What smells so good? " she asks, smiling. I look at Sarah, getting out Strawberries, whipped cream, blueberries, and banana. "Pancakes! Hold on one second, I'll set up a little topping station to pick what you want on your pancakes" I reach for some plates. Sarah probably noticed me beaming, " Whats up with you, Your so cheery for someone who just woke up?" I look at Sarah and simply say " I feel like I'm at home, Taking care of my siblings! Anyways, how many pancakes you want? " Sarah put up two fingers and I nod.

After eating I choose to watch the news, Like I usually did. I won't lie, I felt like I was the parent at my parents house. I even had the power to ground my siblings- Mom and Dad were barely home to do the responsibility of a parent, so I stepped in. Not that I minded though. Watching the News, Sarah walks in. I just look at her, smile, then go back to watching to watching the News. Sarah perks up and says "Watching the news in the morning? What are you- A mom?" WeLp, Guess this is what my life came too. "Uhm, I took on the role of the mom in my household, so I supposed so-" I could see the look of guilt on her face, so I smile at her, and pat the seat next to me. Sarah comes over and sits down next to me. We stay silent. I then realized I should probably do the laundry, about to get up, a pair of hands pull me back down. Then I feel arms wrap around me. Seeing as the only person next to me was Sarah, Unless theres a ghost in my house. Anyways, I can tell Sarah is probably in a clingy mood, So I just deal with it. We just sit there, Silent. Its peaceful. I like it, But nothing can last forever, so I'll just love every moment I have in this life.
