Why can't I move? I have to run! Do something you stupid legs! "Master you have to move!" I know already know that. Why?! Why?! The Wendigo came closer and closer looked deep into my eyes. For some reason it looked a bit confused. It raised it hand and attacked me.
"You idiot why are you just standing there?!" Rey ran to me and puched me away.
"Ahh... thanks rey." I was finally able to move. I stood up and got in a defensive position. The Wendigo suddenly jumped and shimmy along the branches. It came near and jumped on me. Its long legs puched me to the ground. I struggeled to move but it was no use. It began to punsh me. When Rey tried to save me it just punshed her away. It was just about the attack my core when it was hit by something.
"Wind Spear!" Spears of wind pieced its body and pushed it of me. I immedeatly stood up and took a few steps back. The Wendigo jumped on a tree out over a river and looked at us again. "Just as I thought."
Me: "What do you mean?"
Sylviette: "Since we don't have a physical body the Wendigo isn't able to posses them." The Wendigo opened its mouth and let out a furious scream. The scream echoed in our heads. My vision slowly turned black.
"Where am I? Is this...!" I was standing in the middle of the street inside of a big city. It was a modern city. Many cars were driving on the street but there was no one inside of the cars. There was not single person. "Why am I here? Why am I back in Tokyo?" I looked at my vicinity.
"Mas...! Master!" Huh? Is that a voice? But I don't know this voice. Who's voice is that? I feel like I forgot something. What was I doing just a moment ago? Ah right I was on my way back home. I remember I have to go home.
Hellen's P.O.V
"What happened? That place feels familiar. Right this is the Central State of Verena but why am I here?" I looked around the big white buildings. "I... am back?" Tears began to flow down my face. "Was that all a bad dream? Right I have to go home! Leo is waiting I have to hury, I'm sure he's hungry." I ran through the big city I nearly fogot about. The last 700 hundret years I was only able to see it in my dreams.
I began to ran faster and faster and finally I arrived at home. I hesitated before opening the door. When I entered it was dark. "Leo? Is he still sleeping?" I entered his bedroom to look for him. "Leo? Get up already its noon!" I took of his blancket but Leo wasn't there. "Leo...? Where are you?! Leo!" I ran through the whole city looking for him but he was nowhere to be found. He wasn't the only person, the whole city was empty.
While looking for him I arrived at the church. It was a big church with a big golden cross hanging over the entrence. There was a big platform before the church. "Leo...? Where...?" I feel on the knees right in front of the church. I was frightened. I couldn't stop crying. "I'm sorry Leo! I'm so sorry!" The tears on my face wouldn't stop. "I-I..." At this moment I remembered my master. I didn't know him for long. I knew nothing about him but for some reason it calmed me down. He was the person who saved me. "I-I have to go." I stood up and ran back to the place were I started.
"Why did I forget? We were fighting the Wendigo, so this must be an illusion!" I arrived at the place were I started. "The moment you realize that what you see is an illusion the exit appears. But were is it? It isn't here." I searched in the whole city but there was no exit. "The only place left is... the church." I went to the platform and closed my eyes. "Just... don't think about it, There is nothing to fear." I walked over the platform, entered the church and walked to the altar. Since my eyes were closed I saw nothing. Instead, terrible memories appeared before in my head. Memories of the looks of the people, fire, blood, tears, and a bright light.
But let's talk about this memories another time.
When I opened my eyes I was back. When I used my mana to feel my suroundings I saw Sylviette fighting the Wendigo. My master and Rey were lying on the floor. "So I wasn't the only one?" I tried to wake them up. "Master! Master! You have to wake up!"
Shio's P.O.V
On my way home I heared this strange voice. I felt like I heared this voice somewhere before but I can't remember. "Master!" For some reason she keeps calling me master. The voice was very beautiful but over time it became annoying. I can't even read my novels in peace. "Master You have to wake up!" Wake up? I'm already awake.
I left the house to get some fresh air. "I just want to read my novels. Please stop. I walked around the park near my house.
"Master! Sylviette is fighting the Wendigo all alone! We have to help her!" Sylviette? Wendigo? I heared that somewhere before. Was it the name of a character? "Master!" It sounded like the voice was going to cry. Wait. I know this voice. Right this is Hellen's voice but were is she? Why am I in Tokyo?
I remembered what Sylviette told us before. The Wendigo uses illusions. I tried to think about a way to escape the illusion. I ran around the city and I found something that looked like a black hole. It was at the place were the truck hit me. I entered it andsuddenly I was back in the other world.
"Master! You're finally awake! Do you even know how worried I was?!"
"Ah sorry about that. How is the situation?"
"Sylviette is fighting the Wendigo and Rey is still asleep." I looked to my right and saw Rey lying on the floor. I tried to wake her up but nothing happened. I picked her up and let her down on the over side of the World Tree.
"Ok let's help Sylviette now!"
"Yes master!" I ran over to the were she was fighting the Wendigo.
"Sylviette are you alright?" I shouted out for her.
"Shio you are awake? Hurry up I have a big problem here!" I heared her voive in the distance. I began to run faster and when I arrived there was a big lake. Sylviette was flying over the lake, firing her wind attacks. But what I saw when I came closer wasn't just the Wendigo from before. There were four of them!
