I was surprised at first, I wasn’t expecting Hugo to kiss me. After the initial shock however, I found myself kissing Hugo back. The kiss was amazing, I felt a spark as our lips moved together. I was on cloud nine. Hugo was all I needed and wanted.

After a few seconds, Hugo pulled away and smiled at me with a blush that I returned without thinking about it. Before I could even consider what we had just done, Hugo put his arms around me and our lips met once more. This time, the kiss was quite intense and I couldn’t get enough, I pulled Hugo closer and deepened the kiss.

After that we ended up making out because whenever one of us pulled apart, the other would join our lips together. It was funny but nice at the same time. No guy has kissed me like this before. Hugo is one of a kind it seems.

When we both ran out of breath, we decided to part ways but Hugo insisted on walking me home even though I told him there was no need. We walked hand in hand and Hugo stole a kiss every now and again making me blush like a school girl. I don’t know what’s gotten into me.

“I’ll see you soon,” Hugo told me when we arrived outside my house and this time, he gave me a soft kiss on the lips before leaving. I was stood there gawping at his back until he was out of sight thinking about what had just happened.

I don’t know what just happened. Hugo and I kissed multiple times today, we made out and he was just as much a gentlemen today as he was on our first date. I can’t believe this. What happens now? Are we an item or not there yet? I wouldn’t know, I’ve never had a boyfriend before. I think I wouldn’t mind being Hugo’s girlfriend if he is always going to treat me like I am special.

I was too busy with my thoughts that I didn’t realise I had an audience watching from the window. My parents and Adam. They all had grins on their faces. What the hell?

“What are you all smiling at?” I demanded when my family met me on the other side of the door as I opened it.

“Oh nothing really,” Mum spoke with a smooth face. “We just-”

“Saw you kissing Hugo so we did,” Adam finished Mum’s sentence before bursting out laughing and I glared at him.

“Why the hell were you all watching?” I demanded angrily. What the hell did they all think they were doing watching me like that? How creepy was that?

“Watch your tone of voice young lady,” Dad warned in amusement and Mum’s eyes twinkled mischievously as Adam’s laughter grew with him almost rolling on the floor while clutching his stomach. Great! My whole family saw me and Hugo kiss. The most special moment in my life so far. Now, I will never hear the end of it. They’ve ruined that special moment for me.

I glared at my family before running to my room angrily. I can’t believe they were watching. Why the hell would they do that? I was on a high from kissing Hugo but now I am totally over it thanks to them. I mean who even does that? Spying on someone kissing their love interest. Love interest sounds so cool in my boring fish filled life. I hope I wasn’t smelling too fishy while we were kissing. I did take a shower before our date but you never know with fish, the stench always lingers on your skin which is the most disgusting thing ever. I really don’t see how I have managed to capture the attention of an amazing guy like Hugo while smelling of fish.

Our kiss was the most amazing thing to ever happen to me. I really didn’t want it to end but we both grew tired and had to stop. I hope I get to do that again and soon. I’m not going to get any sleep tonight, it’s all I am going to be thinking about. I won’t forgive my family for spying on us and teasing me about it. They shouldn’t have been doing that, it was a private moment between Hugo and I that wasn’t meant to be exposed like that.

I got dressed for bed and when I was in bed comfortable my phone buzzed.

It was a text from Hugo

Goodnight beautiful x was what the text read, I couldn’t help but smile at the kiss Hugo left at the end of the text. It wasn’t real, only through text but I can imagine how it would have felt had it been a real kiss with Hugo right in front of me. It would have been a short lingering kiss and would have been perfect.

This guy is really something. Maybe we could go on a second date like Hugo suggested and then maybe he will ask me to be his girlfriend.

That night I dreamt of Hugo’s lips on mine. They way it felt to have our lips joined and I couldn’t wait for it to happen again in reality. I really can’t believe this has happened, I didn’t think this would ever happen but it has and I think I am already falling for Hugo.
