It was a completely normal holiday day. The weather was nice and it was supposed to be like this whole week. My friends and I made many plans for the week. Today we wanted to watch a movie together in the morning and later go swimming. It was morning but the sun was bright and it was really hot. I was on my way to meet the others when 'it' happened.

"Haa 10 in the mornin' is a bit early." I wore a short white skirt and a pink blouse which showed my shoulder. My long blond hair with pink colored tips was a little dishelved. I just woke up and no matter how long I tried I just couldn't get them straight. I picked out my smartphone."How late is it? 10 minutes left? Hope I'm not late." That's the moment when 'it' happened. I crossed the street even though the traffic light was still red.

"Hey watch out!" I heared the voice of a young man in the distance, but it was too late. A car hit me. I rolled a few meters and then stopped.

Now I laid in the middle of the street. I was bleeding and I think a few or maybe more than just a few of my bones were broken. I was laying on my back looking straight into the sun. The young man from before and the person driving the car ran over to me. They said something but I couln't hear them. One of them picked out his phone. I looked up to the blue sky which slowly lost its colour. "H-How... beautiful." I reached out my hand to grab the sky.

"Haaa the pain is fading. The heat also disappears but now it's a little cold. Ahaha I should've brought a pullover." The young man looked at me with a sad expression. That was the moment I understood I was dying. A single tear ran down my face. My arm became heavy and it was hard to keep my eyes open. I slowly closed my eyes and even the cold finally disappeared.

When I opened my eyes again I was at an unfamiliar place. It was a really cold place. There were bars in front of me and when I tried to move I heared the sound of chains. I felt a certain pressure on my neck, arms and legs and when I looked at my self I saw the chains. I touched my neck and felt that I was chained there aswell. I didn't realized what was going on but many tears were running down my face. I only stopped crying when a man in strange clothes and with a sword on his hip appeared and yelled at me.

"Shut up!" He looked very angry and scary. "You damn bitch are crying the whole time, what's your damn problem?" He pulled out his sword and pointed it at me. "You should keep quiet or I need to punish you." He laughed lightly and had a very lustfull look on his face. "You don't look to bad. Your body is the one of a child but you face is pret-" Another man hit him on the back of his head. 

"Don't touch the wares dumbass!" 

"It's not like that! I just wanted to scare this slave a little!" He looked a bit scared.

"Yeah I believe you." His experession softened.

"R-Really?"

"Of course not!" He punshed him again. "Go now. And don't try something like this again."

"Y-Yes sir!" He quickly went back to his post. When I opened my mouth to thank the man he looked very disgusted.

"HA? What are you looking at? Don't tell me you fell for me?" He laughed loudly. "Well if you insist I'd go for a round!" He came near and took a close look at me.

"D-Didn't you say no-"

"Don't speak to me ok? Its disgusting." He took a few steps back and looked at me as if I'm some kind of bug. "You elves are real beautys. Too bad you're not human." He went away.

What was that? Elves? Salve? Why do they have swords? Why are they treating me like shit? Why am I chained? Where am I? What just happened? I couldn't help but cry again. This time I tried my best not to make any noise. In front of me was another cell. I saw a person sitting inside of it. It was a young man with... cat ears? What's going on? Why does he have cat ears? There were to many questions inside of my head. But one thing was clear: I died just a moment ago. 

"So you think there's a 'real Wendigo'" I looked at Kailan.

"Yeah that's the only I can think about." He looked at Sylviette who nodded to his statement.

"Master, I think this makes sense." So even Hellen says that?

"Good than we just have to find the real body and defeat it!" Everyone looked at Loyd like he just said something as stupid as 'Be happy' to a sad person. "W-What? Shio can control them! So he just have to control the real one right?!

Everyone was surprised that Loyd was the one who came up with this idea. "Amazing brother! You're not as stupid as I thought!"

"EHHHH?! What did you say you stupid little sister?!" 

Kailan catched Loyd and starred at him with an angry expression. "How are you talking to your little sister?!"

Loyd: "She's MY sister! I talk to her how I want! And are you just ignoring what she said?!" 

Kailan: "Lilly did nothing wrong!" 

"Eh? Is he blushing?" I talked to Hellen through our connection, so that only she could hear me.

"I-It looks like he is." Heee I understand. I giggled silently.

"Master you're acting like a girl who just discovered that her friend is in love with some guy." 

"R-really?"

"Yes." While our conversation goes on you can hear the two of them shouting in the background again.

Sylviette clapped her hands and looked at them. If gazes could kill everybody who's here right now (except me) would've died. "Would you be so kind and keep quiet?" Both of the apologized and we talked about the Wendigo again. Well we didn't have any information about it so we were just wasting our time.

Sylviette: "Ok Shio, I'll let you leave the forest for now." 

Me: "Huh? But you can't control them without me."

Sylviette: "Just command these five to protect the world tree. I'll call for you if there are any problems we need you to solve. I'll give you my blessing so you can enter the World's Core without my help."

Me: "Blessing? But i thought only gods can give a blessing."

Sylviette: "Well I am a god." She giggled. "Well not exactely a god but something that comes close enough to be called one." I-Is that so? Why am I meeting so many gods? "I'll let you out in the west, the closest country from there is Irahl."

"Ok then I'll head there next." She laid her hand on my chest and I felt the mana inside of me changing. After that she enveloped my body with that fog from before. I saw the others waving goodbye.

When the fog disappeared we were outside the forest. We left Rey behind so she could call me through our connection. "Master run!"

"Huh wha-" Something infront of me exploded and I died.
