Chang Min stopped at the front door first. He crossed his arms, puffing out his cheeks as he tried to look angry at Ye Xun.
But Ye Xun could not help but think Chang Min looked adorable. And the kitty onesie did nothing to make the angry expression stand out on Chang Min's face.
Ye Xun shook his head, trying to keep from chuckling as he reached the door, unlocking it. He opened it as Chang Min quickly walked inside.
Chang Min took off his shoes, looking around for the kitties rather than taking in the place. Then, he heard the sounds of meows from the hallway, causing him to race over.
There, lying on the ground, was a grey cat and a white one. The cats were lying on each other, their tails tangling together.
Chang Min's face lit up as he went down on his knees like he was ready to worship them. "Oh my, look at them; they are beautiful and majestic!" He praised them as he wanted to reach over and grab them.
But, he held his hands firmly in place, wanting the cats to come towards him.
The cats looked at him, staring at his hands as they let out another meow. Then, finally, the grey cat stood up on its four legs, stretching itself before walking towards Chang Min.
The grey cat walked back and forward like it was surveying him before it came over to his hands, rubbing its body on them.
The white cat watched them, still lying on the ground, as it felt too lazy to move.
Chang Min wanted to cry with joy as the cat invited him.
He picked up the grey cat, putting it in his lap as he began to rub its head.
The cat purred, relaxing on Chang Min.
Ye Xun walked over, watching Chang Min, as the man looked overjoyed. "The grey one is male and named Coffee, while the white one is female and named Cream."
Chang Min chuckled because he forgot how bad Ye Xun's naming sense was. "Ye Xun, that is bad. Coffee and Cream? You should have let me name them."
Ye Xun rolled his eyes. He stepped over the space Chang Min left and walked over to Cream, picking up the cat.
Cream was far too lazy to complain about getting picked up; she allowed Ye Xun to carry her. Ye Xun internally smiled at that.
Chang Min would get the same way when he's lazy; sometimes, he would not want to move, and Ye Xun would have to pick him up to take him somewhere.
It has been a while since Chang Min has been lazy like Cream. Ye Xun would have to admit that he misses it.
He sat down on the couch, letting Cream rest in his lap as he called Chang Min over, "Come sit over here, Chang Min."
Chang Min stood up from the hallway, holding Coffee in his arms as he walked into the living room, joining Ye Xun on the couch.
Ye Xun grabbed his remote, turning on the TV before saying something he had seen on the internet, "Want to Netflix and chill?"
Chang Min's spit went down the wrong hole as he started coughing. Coffee jumped up from the sound but stayed on Chang Min's lap.
Looking at Ye Xun like he lost his head, Chang Min began to wonder if he woke up in a parallel universe. Because why the hell would Ye Xun say Netflix and chill?
"Ye Xun," Chang Min had to take a deep breath when he could finally breathe, "no more internet for you."
Ye Xun smirked, using his free hand to grab Chang Min's chin as he pulled the man closer to him. His eyes fell to Chang Min's lips as one of his fingers rubbed his chin.
"Well, I don't need that to snatch you when I know all the ways to make you weak." Ye Xun's voice turned deeper as he seductively whispered the last words; even his eyes began to darken.
At the back of Chang Min's mind, he knew those were the ML's words told to the MC in Crystal Beauty. But, his brain short-circuited, making it hard for him to remember that information.
His heart almost stopped, his body turned red, and he might have forgotten how to breathe at this moment. Even Chang Min's body began to heat up like someone turned on the heater.
Ye Xun moved his hand away, waving it in front of a frozen Chang Min. "Chang Min, are you still there?"
"I-I......what?" Chang Min finally found words to speak, and none of them was what he wanted to say. He couldn't even form complete sentences.
Ye Xun held back a smirk from Chang Min's reaction.
He flipped through the channels, finding a cartoon to watch before rubbing Cream's head.
It took almost a minute before Chang Min slightly went back to normal. He blinked at Ye Xun a few times before slowly turning towards the TV.
Coffee hit his paw towards Chang Min's chest, trying to catch his attention. Chang Min unconsciously went back to rubbing Coffee, trying to find his bearings.
He bit his lip, trying to cool down the heat within him. Chang Min swears he will die from Ye Xun speaking words that sounded too sexy coming from his lips.
This is it; this is the point that will push him not to write any more mature stories. He only needed to write fluff with innocent words in them.
Chang Min already fears more inappropriate words coming from Ye Xun's mouth because it did weird things to his body.
He swears he is straight. He swears!
It is just that Ye Xun makes it hard for him to remember that critical information.
Chang Min internally groaned at using the word 'hard' because it sounded weird in the context he was thinking about.
"Chang Min, I can hear you thinking hard." Ye Xun's voice broke his thoughts.
Shaking his head, Chang Min denied that he was thinking extremely hard. Oops, there goes that word again.
"No, I am focusing on this cartoon. It is funny." Chang Min responded, keeping a neutral face.
Ye Xun hummed, "Sure, sure."
Chang Min stuck his tongue out at Ye Xun before genuinely focusing on the TV and the cat in his arms.
