Read A-maze-ing love :: Episode 2 part 4

Aiden's pov

PE went by in a blink of an eye. I got changed back into my usual clothes and, thankfully, Luke decided to keep his hands to himself this time, but I felt Mr Fern staring at me as I changed. I was used to this already. Mr Fern was pretty much only a creep to female students, but -for some unknown reason- he's a creep towards me too. Then we had break time, which went by as quickly as PE did.

Now I had Geography. Mr Carter was probably the only teacher in this god damn school who didn't hate the living crap out of all kids. He was nice. Geography was the only lesson that I liked at this point. When I walked into the classroom, I was about to go to my usual spot when Mr Carter called me over to his desk. I hurried over almost immediately. "Hey, kid, would you mind sitting in this seat today?" he asked as he pointed to the desk closest to him. "If you sit here, then I can easily help you if you get stuck," he explained.

After thinking it over for a few seconds, I nod. He told the two students who usually sat at the desk to move seats and, when they were gone, I sit at the desk, in the chair closest to Mr Carter's desk.

Throughout the lesson, Mr Carter made sure that I paid attention and explained some things to me in more detail when I didn't understand them.

I was kind of sad when I heard the bell ring. I saw Mr Carter frown for a second before his signature smile returned. He ruffled my hair and said, "Have a good day, kid," I smiled and said, "You too, sir," before I left to go to my next lesson: maths.

Thanks for reading! I'm thinking of maybe changing my schedule to give me more time to write since I'm going to be quite busy soon. I think I'm going to post once every two weeks now.
