"schmit: hmm....."

schmit looks to the ceilling. it firmly rubs the bottom of his snot, with his index finger and thumb. then gleams at it.

"grund: somthing wrong buddy."

  "schmit: nothing serious. like why did you suddenly call."

grund gives a confused expression.

"grund: just thought i'd say hi. maybe gets some favors in. with your fall fling coming up."

grund attemps at asking for a invite. were so obvious to most. schmit removes its pipe from its mouth grining. Smoke fell from its lips like drool. its eyes start to from a smile.

"schmit: i"ve missed the routine we had. as always you are eairly. i have not even started planning." 

it gets off the bed and inspects the offerings. it lifts up a jar containing the intrails. then looks down at the other. picks them all up in its robe.

"schmit: i'll take these offering. we'll be intouch about your invite."

it looks at the picture of danny lavito. grabs it and stuffs it in the robe. hen walks to the bathroom door.

"schmit: just i little heads up. I think your being watched. "

(dose it mean me?) after such a bold statement. schmit leaves throught the bathroom door. once the door closes the flaming coredoor banishes.

"johnny: didn't get my question."

"grund: for best don't need him disecting you. lets clean this up tomorrow we are getting up early."

for the rest of that evening. johnny and grund were cleaning. then johnny made dinner. while qwen had her signing papers. onece those were done qwen and mody ate and left. the rest of the night was quie till the crack of dawn hit.

"grund: wake the fuck up kid."

grund shook her out of her sleep. her hair was a mess and she was wareing a white t and shorts. her eyes were struggling to stay open.

"johnny: it's too early for magic stuff wright jd?"

"jd: we have a meeting with the principal at 7. schools at 6. it's 2 that thats 3 hours to early."

"johnny: what he said."

johnny couldn't see straight at the and was yelling at a wall. jd was less visable than normal.

"johnny: pipe down voice in the sky."

grund crosses his arms.

"grund: look kid im going level with you. you're a new borne witch most other witch, but you are also in high school final year if im not mistaken. most your age know five spells. you are the witch equvillant to special needs. since your my student i can't have people looking down on you. your not special. so it's boot camp to get you caught up. "

grund had a serious expression. his grip on her was firm.

"jd: he did'nt say the r word but no i don't think so. nice speech though."

johnny reaches for a brush to work on her hair. since sher was up might as well pactice. while she did that grund starts teaches.

"grund: i want at least one of you paying attention. so that way your collective brains might get it. today i'll teach you the first magic spell i learned illusion. now this spell can..."

"johnny: it's illegal for me to learn magic. not wih out my permit that is."

"grund: we ae on cruch tme. what the law dose not know won't hurt them. now like i was saying. this spells is tricky as it should be. if you cast it reclessly you could trap someody in a false reality. if done corectly you could make it a magican in vegas. now all dark magic has a requirement to learn. for illusions it has thee, to activate tell a lie. to create imagine the lie. to project it belive the lie."

"johnny:thats it sounds easy."

"jd: too easy."

"grund: the eaier ti is to cast the harder it is to control. for the rest of today your job is to find opertunitys to lie. then imlement them."

"johnny: oh goody a task. just what wanted at 2:30."

"grund: thats the spirt."

she couldn't go back to sleep. so she decided to focus on brushing. at 4am she had gotten her self toghter and left early for school. leaving the apartment shes stop by grund.

"grund: before you go. here something you to keep you from slacking."

he ties a string  to her rist.

"grund: it's enchanted with illusion magic every time you lie a beed will apear."

after his explation he retracts into his book. she exits the front door into the open stairway. besides her their were some movers. looked like somebody was moving in. she monuvered down the stairs to get out.  at the bottom she spotted a familiar face standing next to the moving truck. it was meado the dark elf. meado looks back at her.

"johnny:your already moving in."

"meado:yeah i remember my majong friend runs a complax anyways i''ll be seeing you."

meadow heads up the stairs. johnny exits the parking lot. with time on her side she diecides to take the long way. the best part about getting up early is seeing the town in a light. the shops are locked up some are bunkerd down, carts you come expect to be around were not. the streets and side walk which would crowded are not. the lack of existance this early can change perspetive on the town. though if you were johnny.
