Chapter 10: Experiment

 [Primus’ P.O.V.]

Sneaking out of the house at night while Osmond sleeping, climbing a mountain to experiment.

on the mountain I had plants and some bush removed to enter a cave I hid, entering the cave a tree appeared in my eyes and I saw a woman.

“Primus! you are already here, your requests are there in a cage.” Ultri point her finger at the cage.

“Isn't that tree beautiful? The tree from the southeast is called the balete tree.” I said, looking at the tree.

“Indeed beautiful, an amazing tree, do you think this tree can handle the experiment.” Ultri tilted her head.

“I hope...” My eyes fill with determination, “by the way, prepare the test subjects.”

“Okay.” She take a sleeping human in the cage and tied and blindfolded him, “here it is.”

I put him under a tree near the roots, I put my hand on the tree and released the right amount of star energy.

the roots of the tree wrapped the person I put on the tree earlier, the tree gradually absorbs the person.

“Okay.” She get a another man and tied and blindfolded him.

I put the Star Fragment on the woman Ultri put under the tree.

The woman began to glow, her eyes began to change color and she was going to have horns.

Ultri widen her eyes “A Jīngshén? Maybe?” Ultri replied.

I'm nervous that the woman might die, the Star Fragment will be wasted.

Ultri check her and she thumbs up that she was alive.She might still be able to affect the experiment because of a strange thing that entered her body.

I put my hand on the tree and released the right amount of star energy, the roots of the tree wrapped the person.

“Why didn’t the tree absorb her?” Ultri asked.

“I don’t know, maybe because I put a star fragment on him? or because something strange went into him? I do not know.” I sit on the floor.

I think it's even better for a Jīngshén to enter her body because the tree can't absorb the woman, she can live and be my disciple.

“let's rest first, we'll continue the experiment tomorrow.” I walk to the exit.

It will be morning when I get back home so I just rested for a while.

Osmond just woke me up when I fell asleep.

After I got up I ate the food Osmond cooked, we rested afterwards.

I went again to the cave where Ultri and I did the Experiment that night.

I saw Ultri is walking towards the cave.

“How are you.” I said, still walking towards the cave.

“Fine, what are we going to do.” She asked.

“I don't know, let's see what experiment we can do.” I replied.

We entered the cave my eyes spotted the tree had grown much bigger than last night.

Woah ... what happened here.

The tree couldn't still absorb the woman and the root of the tree reached the cage and the tree absorbed everyone in the cage.

“Are there still people for us to experiment with?” looking if there is a human that the tree didn’t absorb.

“There is more but it is far away, at the end of the cave.” She replied.

“Take three human and bring them to me.” I commanded her.

“Okay..” she go to the end of the cave.

While waiting for her I realize that the woman last night that the tree didn’t absorbs, the root wrapped around her is had grown.

I touched the roots wrapped around her and I felt somethingabout the the Star Fragment, looks like a lot of Star Energy is being released.

I continued to hold and I felt the woman was absorbing the people with the tree and I held the tree and I felt the star energy of the tree increase.

The tree absorbs the people are converted to Star Energy and given to the woman, I don't expect that it’ll be better. After Ultri back we continued the experiment that night,.
