"Huh," Ray laughed at me and gave me a hit on my back," don't worry Cass, I won't let the comittee's name fall with you. "Cass"? What was he saying?, While I was thinking of this a beam flew besides my ear, almost hitting me and exploding in the distance. "I see you have a challenger vicepresident," the teacher laughed, was she crazy? Well I had no time to think of her when someone shooted at me. "Let me introduce myself," the voice was from the same guy that had attacked Jim before, it was something bad that he also choosed magic fighting as an assigment, but I couldn't care less about it, the problem was Jim, but maybe now that I was member of the comittee he would let him rest a little. 

"Mr. Longslide right?" The teacher asked, the guy nodded an aswered, "Johan Longslide at your orders," despite his awkward introduction, everyone seemed to be aware of who he was and started to whisper about it, he noticed it and stared a the students, everyone fell silent. He was from a powerful family, and one of the oldest ones, he should be in the same class than Flora's brother. "You know that attacking any student outside a combat is banned right?" After her laughing at me and calling him a challenger I wasn't expecting her to scold him, but I was glad she did. "I am aware of it, and that's why I missed in purpose, I have some business with this black sheep, and I would like to fix them as sooner as possible, if is ok for you, could I be the opponent?" 

The teacher seemed to think about it for a moment, but then she nodded, "is goof for me, Johan, about your magic, is light magic, am I wrong?" Johan brightened before answering and grinned at me, "in deed, is light magic." Well, Ray if is not a problem for you, I would like to see Cassian first. "Aren't you going to take my opinion first? Didn't you said I could pass?" Ray gave me another hit on my back and pushed me to the front. "Don't worry pal, I'll avange you after your loss." He was taking for granted that I would loss, I just walked in front of Johan and nodded at the teacher. 

"Before starting, I would like to set some rules, you can't kill your opponent, also making irreparable injuries is completely forbidden, and for the rest of the class go an search some safe place, I would place a barrier around them but just in case do it, I don't need someone hurted because of the battle."

Everyone did as the teacher said and walked away enough to still see the fight, the only one who kept near was Ray, the teacher didn't said anything so or maybe she was aware of how powerful he was, or she just didn't care, and for his own good I hoped it was the first.

"This will be the first combat of the magic fighting class, normally we would start seeing some theory but seeing we have talents this year I couldn't resist, you already know the rules and also your own power, if you waste it and you get stucked in the middle of an attack I won't be able to do anything, so please if you think that you can't continue try to not play the hero and tell me, now that you know this. Start!"
