Altair Onder de

Chapter 15

Chapter 15

Sep 01, 2021

It was morning and Altair was in the soup kitchen for breakfast. He was able to transform himself into someone else.
"Looks like your Mana has returned," said Pino who was sitting on Altair's shoulder.
Altair ignored Pino's words. He was focused on finding out where the Saintess might be.
"I can help you, then you can get out of here."
Altair turned to Pino, saw Altair turned to him Pino nervously. Like he was hiding something from him.
Pino started to feel relieved again, after Altair didn't look at him anymore.
“I don't want to rush and will try my best to find the Saintess in my own way.” replied Altair.
"He's not an ordinary person that someone like you can easily find."
“He can only speak if it's related to divine revelation or something. Because the Saintess built a magic circle to hide herself from unimportant things.”
Altair left Pino alone and rushed through every room in the temple.
Altair began to despair, he had to immediately meet the Saintess in order to get out of this novel.
"There he is!" shouted a group of people who were like messengers pointing at him.
Altair was surprised by a group of people walking towards him. Altair did not know what made him so targeted by so many people. Those people made a commotion inside the holy temple.
Feeling himself as their target, Altair finally ran to avoid them.
The group of people ran furiously pushing away those who blocked their pursuit.
"If this continues, the people and the priests will be disturbed and interfere with their worship," said Altair.
Altair struggled to escape the pursuit, through the gaps in windows or doors wherever the footsteps ran.
"Pino, I will negotiate with you," said Altair who was still running.
“Ooo… you finally changed your mind huh?” asked Pino mockingly.
"Let's make a deal, immediately reunite me with the Saintess with my blood and Mana,"
"Of course," said Pino happily.
“But as for Mana, please don't suck too much. Because I don't want my figure to be known by people. I still need to my necklace."
"I wonder how? The ratio of Mana and blood needs must be equally large," Pino answered.
"Come on! I beg you," Altair pleaded.
The people behind Altair started going crazy. Their distance with Altair was getting closer. Altair tried to increase his running speed so as not to be caught by them.
"Answer quickly!" said Altair who was almost exhausted with his patience.
"Fine, but I ask for your blood guarantee first for me now,"
Without thinking Altair opened the bandage in his hand.
"You have to leave this place first, so that people don't know your true figure if you suddenly lose your Mana," said Pino.
Altair walked away and headed to the back of the sacred shrine's forest. Seeing the crowd chasing him, Altair immediately scratched the wound on his palm again.
Several times his hand had been scratched just to summon a god's pet which irritated him to death.
Blood immediately hatched fresh in Altair's palm quickly. Pino sucked the blood with all his might. Makes Mana Altair also sucked in.
Altair who groaned in pain from the blood and Mana being sucked together. During this time he only took turns issuing.
"Hey, stop it," Altair replied.
Pino did not stop the action. Changing the color of Altair's necklace indicates that his Mana is unstable.
Suddenly a light illuminates Pino and makes them already in another place.
The place has a large fountain and an equally large pool. Surrounded by large windows. The pillars of the building are made of marble as well as the floor.
Altair lay limp on the floor groaning in pain.
"You are very weak, I only asked for a little of what you have and you are already like that," said Pino who was still hovering in the air.
Altair ignored the words that came out of his mouth. Because Altair knew he didn't want to have a long debate with such a very annoying creature.
Altair tried hard to keep the Mana in the necklace stable. The cold floor woke up the pain. Altair struggled to come to his senses.
"You're lucky I respect you because you're a god's pet, if I didn't need you I would have squeezed your little body since yesterday," said Altair with anger.
“Who is the person who summoned me in the human world?” asked Pino.
"And now it's as if you don't care anymore, a despicable creature like you will only always be weak against anything," added Pino.
Their quarrel was heard by someone who had been behind Altair. That person stood observing Altair's behavior who was talking to himself without anything being seen nearby.
"Who are you?" he asked.
Their conversation spontaneously stopped. Altair looked back.
Seen a young man walking towards Altair. Asking one more time.
"Who are you?" he asked.
His figure is not much different from the same age as Altair, Altair was the first time he saw a very handsome man with blood-red eyes and silver-white hair.
With white skin, making her little red lips visible.
The eyes that were born into a wise man seemed to be worried about the figure in front of him.
Altair began to be confused to dodge.
“Sorry for my impudence here, introduce me. My name is Roan," replied Altair who clasped his right hand over his chest followed by a bowing motion.
"What business have you come here for?" asked the man.
He looked at Altair his gaze did not look like a teenager in general who looks very ambitious in dealing with life. The man in front of him looks calm and is not easy to be provoked in a circle of emotions.
"I want to meet the Saintess," Altair replied.
Pino who was invisible in the eyes of Altair's interlocutor was surprised, he was very sure that the man in front of Altair was the same person in the wooden house.
Pino knew that she was a potential Mana Spirit controlling Saintess. The Mana Spirit controller was confirmed to be a Saintess and the Saintess was the only person who could talk to a god.
Among ordinary people, they could only use Mana with the help of hard stones containing Mana. The stone is only to meet the needs of its owner.
The use of Mana stones is also limited, having to buy back Mana stones at the Bedros residence, where the Bedros family is the main and only supplier of Mana stones.
If a hard rock containing Mana is used up, it will turn into an ordinary stone like a stone on the road and useless.
Mana Stone is only intended to help people's lives as needed.
Can be used as a lighting device, loudspeaker or to drive a machine to plow plantations.
"Adir, are you still here?" heard a slightly hoarse voice.
He came from the entrance.
"Yes father," replied Adir who was still standing in front of Altar.
Altar was silent looking at the old man who came from the entrance, he patted his son's shoulder. Asking how the lessons he learned before.
The old man didn't look like one who was surprised by the presence of a stranger in his place, their aura.
With an all-white robe and surrounded by gold-colored tires, like a holy temple. Calm demeanor, wise and not easily ignited by emotions. Altair almost felt like he was at home seeing the interaction between Adir and his father.
Full of warm sides. Adir signaled that someone had come without permission and suddenly entered the holy room.
Once again his father patted Adir's shoulder, making sure that everything was fine.
“What do you need here, Roan?”
Altair was surprised how the old man knew his name. This is the first time they've met. Altair was worried that his true self would be revealed by that person.
"I came here to talk to the gods," replied Altair firmly.
Altair didn't want to stay in that place too long. Because there is more needed than just enjoying a family talk that looks very harmonious.
“Alright,” the Saintess answered quickly. The Saintess walked towards the altar in the middle of the large pond.
"But father ..." said Adir.
His words were cut off, however Adir couldn't prevent what his father was going to do because his father was a Saintess who had direct contact with gods.
His father must have had a revelation from a god before. Between worry and anxiety, Adir tried to contain his emotions.
Seeing the two of them walking towards the sacred pond.
The place could only be used by the Saintess to speak or receive revelations from gods.
Altair went walking into the pool. While the Saintess stood in the middle of the pool with a footrest that floated on the water.
The Saintess cast a spell. A magic circle appeared with white symbols and letters not much different from the one Altair used to summon Pino. It's just that Saintess doesn't need Mana stone powder and gold fairy powder.
The circle was directly behind the Saintess. The reflection of the shadow in the water also accustoms the same image.
The surface of the water is gurgling like water ripples. Spawns waves around where Altair is standing.
Altair did not budge trying to be calm and happy at the same time.
After finishing casting the spell the magic circle walked quickly through the Saintess, followed by penetrating through Altair's body. Ended up floating on the water.
Altair saw a circle floating on the water up to his calf like the height of a pool of water that flooded his feet. The magic circle shrunk to the size of a standing human body.
The magic circle made Altair float on the water. Suddenly a white light appeared to form a high wall covering Altair's body.
There were strange writings moving around the white wall, Altair started to feel the effect like Pino sucking the blood and Mana in the body.
Altair's body seemed to be pressed by a large rock.
Pino tried to keep his distance from Adir, while Adir approached the edge of the pool. Seeing the events before his eyes, only this time in the history of the formation of Rhodes.
There was someone who was bold and presumptuous to want to speak directly to a god.
Whereas people even kings talk to gods through Saintess intermediaries.
Adir's mind drifted, remembering the events when he was doing the ceremony of maturity. Where his father did not come to meet the king and important guests.
Adir's mother told him to immediately follow his father at the god's holy altar. Because maybe his father was still getting ready to meet the guests. He stopped in his tracks as his father mumbled to himself.

"There will be a dimensional passer who will open a new storyline, whether he can complete the task or choose to destroy the world,"
A hoarse voice was followed by a deep voice. Adir is sure that his father is talking to a god.
Delusion Adir tried to digest the situation that was happening in front of his eyes.
Altair disappeared along with the white wall as well. However, the magic circle still floats on the water.
