Make some noise. Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well! After a long week at my new day job, I'm pretty tired, although I've been drawing up a storm. Final Gamble made its funding goal and I also have already storyboarded Eel 16, so I'm working on them at the same time. Hopefully I can avoid a break, but depending on busy I get, it might be unavoidable, but I'm doing my best! I hope you enjoy where the story is going, I swear that 16 is going to surprise you!
Also, I was accepted into Anime Weekend Atlanta! So I'll be set up in the artist alley this October 29th thru the 31st! Check out their site for details, and hopefully I'll see you there! I'll have volumes of Eel for sale as well as my other comics like Rare Drops and Requiem Sonata. https://awa-con.com/
Thank you for reading, please comment, like, follow, and share Curse of the Eel if you're digging this weird take on eldritch horror! You can also follow my art and everyday stuff on social media, @jorgesantiagojr on Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and Artfol. I've even been sharing images of my weekly food prep, which I'm really enjoying! Cooking and Comics are my jam lately, and I'm happy to share both. Anyhow, take care and stay safe!
Congratulations on being accepted into Anime Weekend Atlanta! I hope you have fun.
I know you want to avoid a break, but don’t burn yourself out either. Meet your needs and rest as necessary / desired.
The kids (I’m the one who bought those 2 prior volumes from you, for all of them) still occasionally ask me about your work. Though the likes and comments on Tapas may be quiet, remember you do have fans! Once the series is finished, they’ll all be so happy once I can get them the last book.
Connie is an introverted goth girl who gets bullied in school. One day she accidentally summons a Cthulhu-like Eel creature to earth and her life changes in the weirdest way possible.
