Taiga was in her room, wearing an Itachi shirt and black boy shorts. She has a lot of Itachi stuff laying around; she's a fan of the Naruto antagonist. It's 4 am out, and she couldn't sleep. She's in her ratty apartment on her bed, thinking about Kuro. "I have feelings for him. I wonder if he has the same for me..." 

She looks at her phone in her dark room. along with the phone number on a folded-up piece of paper. She said, "No, no. I'll just call my friend." He called her.

Her friend's phone rang; her ringtone is 'Down With The Sickness' by Disturbed. A girl with purple hair picked up the phone. "Hullo? Taiga?" 

"Hullo, Ayumi. How was work?"

Ayumi is one of Taiga's friends. She has been her ride-or-die since middle school. She, unlike her, has a penchant for hard rock and heavy metal acts, such as Babymetal, Puffy, and other bands. 

"Terrible! The boss keeps working my nerves! I guess it's because he doesn't get cuddles from his mom or something. Or maybe Tyrone fled with his wife? How was school?"

Taiga giggled at the joke. "So, I met this guy named Kuro. I-I have some form of feelings for him..." 

"Oh, the guy who stomped out Tsukasa?!" 

"Yeah, that guy. I start to wonder if he feels the same... Knowing him, he might."

"Probably. Or he might pump-and-dump you. Then again, he looks like he could be the 'sick-of-thots-type of gay.' After all, he wears skinnies and listens to Adam K & Soha and Hardwell. 

"Yep."

Ayumi went in the fridge to get some mayonnaise and shrimp paste. "Hold on -- I'm fixing my breathwich. Mom bought Miracle whip instead of mayon-. Wait, I see the Kewpie mayo."

"Welp. I'm staying away from you," she giggled. 

"I love my Kewpie mayonnaise! Now, some wasabi paste."

"You could wake up dead people with that!"

"Or kill an army?" she laughed.

"Mayonnaise, pickles, shrimp paste... She buys Miracle Whip, too; it's disgusting!" 

"It's too tangy, I know." She gasped at the three loading dots in her text phone. "Kuro's texting!" 

"Hey," he texted with a sick emoji. 

"Dammit, he's sick!" she groaned. She turned back to Ayumi. "He's sick with a stomach virus! Now, I'll be picked on by guys at school again..." 

"Don't worry -- you have me!"

"Least I have you. But I'll visit him and bring him some soup."

"Wait. Remember last time you tried to cook soup?"

She got offended. "I can cook!"

"Mmph. You can. You just need more seasoning." 

"Well, I'll be ready to... God dammit! It's 6:30 am."

'Anywho, I need to get dressed. It's free-dress day. I'm wearing me my Babymetal shirt!"

"Later." She hung up and started looking for ingredients for her soup. "Wait. I'll do prawn-and-miso soup!"
