His mom stayed there until evening but she have work's and she is not sure that, did she locked the house door. So she goes to home but she said she will come again. 

He stayed with his grandma 

After his mom Leave, he realize he didn't eat anything 

His grandma noticed it and told him to eat properly

He said ok and he is going to buy some food from a nearby store 

Before he go he asked her grandma if she wanna eat anything but then he realize he have to need doctors permission. 

When he is about to leave his grandma asked him to come here for a second 

Suddenly she is telling him to help his mother, his mother always think about you. She was super cheerful and happy back then like how you used to be but you now don't talk to us that much. You mother had many dreams she was always talking to me but now the only dream she has is you. 

He should listen to her and also you should take care of yourself too. 

You are already very intelligent.

And you should smile more. Your parents got divorced but They care about you. Even your father sometimes call me to know how you doing. But you mom don't know that.

Akio suddenly saw the colour and it's just black and nothing else. He started crying and told her to stop saying these. He was about call the doctor from the phone on the hospital room but his grandma's suddenly stop breathing, he grave her and don't know what to do. A nurse was going and she saw his grandma, she quickly came and tries to do what she can. Akio also tries to talk but his grandma died. 

He call grandma many times but she didn't answered. 

Nurse said she is dead, sorry.

He started crying, he liked his grandmother more then his parents. Every time his parents got into any argument his grandma took him out and play with him when he was kid and even now he likes his grandmother same as before.

He calls his mom. 

She quickly rush and come there after a while
