After the lunch, Princess Iris went back to her room. She changed and open her carriage. She was looking for something, then she smiled. She was walking happily towards the kitchen. When she arrived, the kitchen is busy to prepare for tonight banquet.

“Excuse me, I want to meet with the cook, please.”

Grizsha face went paler. He secretly hoped that she is not as dramatic as the ladies before her, “But she said thanks and ate heartily, wasn’t it? Or it was just a princess manner?”

“Please, Your Highness.”

“I actually want to give you something. It is just a small token of gratitude. I am sorry if it’s not worthy for you. Please take this.”

“Then, I shall take my leave.”

Iris walked away wanted to left the interpretation of the gift to the cook. She knew Grizsha can be bought. Lady Leia and the kitchen helper all talked about him snatched by the Duke, “I hope this very subtle hint in the gift can be understood. If not, I will find another way.”

She then remembered the abandoned greenhouse. She walked towards that greenhouse.

“It was actually beautiful. Just why they didn’t attend it.” The greenhouse has wooden frame and were painted white. It was lock and chained.

“Yes, Your Highness.”

“What are you two doing here?”

“Should we tell her, Kai?”

The Princess chuckled, “Is it a big, big secret? It is okay if you don’t want to tell. I happened to curious about this greenhouse that’s all. But it is locked. I should go back then.”

“Princess wants to go in?”

The twins then pulled her hands. They took her into the back of the green house.

“There’s a back door, Princess.” Iris eyes lighted up. She was very excited for the small adventure.

All three of them finally enter. There are many flowers inside. It was warmer inside.

They then have some small talk while watering all the flower and the plant. The sun almost set by the time they finish. The twins were running back to the orphanage and the Princess walked back to her room as well to prepare for the small banquet. She kept thinking about the orphanage.

A red off shoulder silk dress fell perfectly in her body. It brought up her radiant and charming side. A red diamond perfectly accompanied the dress as her necklace and her headpiece. Her hair was let flowing.

“Princess Iris Camellia de Musou has entered the room.”

As they announce her, the moments stopped. Her look was breathtakingly beautiful. Duke Iowyrthe Lleuelyn stared at her for a moment, before offering his hands for the first dance. She accepted it.

While they dancing beautifully, Iris whispered, “Your Highness haven’t we talked alone, have we?”

“There’s no need, Princess. I am afraid if we are alone, you can fall for my charm and cannot accept the reality that you will never be the future duchess.”

“That’s not something I am afraid of. Can I offer you something?”

“If you spend your time tomorrow with me to a place I decided, I will ask Marquis Kvasir to let go of our mandatory meeting for 3 days.”

Prraaaangggg… A glass window broke off. There’s an arrow flying through the gap between the Princess and the Duke and pierced on the nearest table. The knights poured in. The banquet was off.

Nicholos bring the paper attached to it. “I WILL HAUNT YOU” The Princess seemed shocked.

“Lady Leia, bring her to the room. Palinor and Isla watch her.”
