Ryan Hardy left his sisters funeral in great despair, he and his family had gotten the news a week ago. The blood by the lamppost was his sisters, and the amount of blood there meant she was dead. He and his sister never got along that much but at the moment all he could do was think about how he had not been with her before she died. The cops had no idea what had happened, it was almost as if she barfed up all that blood and then vanished into thin air.
He was going to his friends house today, (which didn't make sense with all the commotion) his parents said he just needed a little time to be away from home and the memory of his sister, he said he didn't want to but his parents wouldn't let him have a say in any of it. He was only 12 but he could take care if himself quite well, he decided he wouldn't fight back with his parents. He was being dropped off at his friends house by his dad, his parents were both in denial but they had to go on, he had gone to a therapist a few days ago, the guy talked about how people deal with loss differently and that he was very brave for keeping calm (Ryan couldn't care less). He and his friend, who's name was Adam, played games the whole day, Adam's parents didn't stop them, they where in just as much shock as Ryan's parents. Ryan got home a little late and found a letter on his bed, the letter said,
Hello little one.
Your sister was a delight to be around, until she stopped breathing.
Very sorry for your loss, (ps, it was me who did it, and I'm not that
sorry) These human hands are kinda hard to write with so I'm gonna
have to end the note short. I hope you'll come and join your sister soon.
Yours sincerely ?????? :)
Ryan was frozen, he couldn't believe what he just read. He decided to keep it to himself, and be scared, all alone...
