Nove felt new energy when he read the letter, “Time as it is.” He said to himself, had his father decoded time. His curiosity for what might be in the locker rose too, but he would follow his father’s instructions, he ran till the lab barefoot. The lab was situated in the middle of the farm he ran through the plantation. His curiosity rose ‘Time as it is.’ He opened the lab door to which only he had the keys. The lab was a simple huge room with furniture and more of a physics attire with several instruments. It still smelt like the day his father had died there.

He remembered coming to the lab in his childhood on several occasion, it offered peace due to its location in the centre of the luscious green ragi field. Nove began searching the shelf for Time as it is, he knew it was a treasure, upon finding it in the shelf he rejoiced and sat on the floor hugging it, it was the last gift from his father.

Space and time shouldn’t be considered as two different things but one and the same. The modern-day scientists distinguish space and time as two separate entities but they are two sides of the same coin. This can be understood by asking a simple question does space exist without Time? And does Time exist without space? The answer for both the questions are a firm no. If space is not just a fabric but also is everything it contains, it would become useless and cease to exist in the absence of time, likewise time would become useless and cease to exist without space. This aspect and duality of the spacetime fabric makes this universe possible.

Nove flinched at the realisations, Time is a fundamental aspect of the universe.

We all are already travelling in time, 1 second at a time into the future. There are several ways of time travelling External and Internal sources.

A Blackhole is an External source it will only allow you to travel into the future, when you go near a blackhole you are fundamentally travelling 1000 seconds in one second this is travelling in time but faster.

To travel into the past or the future without going to a blackhole but to use a smaller manmade source which is an internal source. Using an internal source allows freedom to an extent you can choose day and time to travel to, but are you travelling in Time? No, because you are skipping time. If you want to go to the future lets say 30 years, you are skipping 30 into the future or the past. The main difference here is that you are not spending these 30 years as 30 seconds to time travel but altogether skipping these 30 years, I would prefer the term Time skipper for an Internal time traveller rather than time traveller because he is not travelling in time but skipping it.
