In a forest near Aoyama, Japan, rested the Kyu Hana Mansion. The home base of the Kyu Hana Yakuza Family. The main members were Kona Tetsu, Tokage Kaifukusuru, Taikei Ekitai, Motto Tsuika, Usagi Ashi, Ryori Shokumotsu, Ushi Tsuno, Sumu Seikatsu, and Hiru Sessuru, but now they had...someone else. Sumu and Hiru had brought Midori back from their trip to The Doctor, and...his life was far from the best. They had dressed him in a T-Shirt and Burama, similar to a female Gym Uniform, but that wasn’t the bad part. Midori didn’t mind the way he was dressed since he was only born two months ago. The bothersome part was that almost everyone in the Kyu Hana family treated him very poorly. The only tolerable one was Ushi, who much resembled a minotaur, who acted more like a bullying older Sister than a master. The others, however, treated him as if he were a slave. He cleaned up after them, and had to take all the abuse they gave him. It wasn’t ENTIRELY bad, although for the most part it was. They did train him to use Aura, and he was told by their leader, Hiru, that if he managed to control Aura then he’d be more useful, and would be rewarded for doing what they wanted. Midori was extremely doubtful, however. His hair hadn’t been cut at all, making it quite long, he didn’t wear shoes or socks, and his Aura training was extremely hard on him. Not to mention they haven’t taught him how to speak, meaning he’s completely mute. Hiru was becoming very frustrated with his seeming inability to control his aura, when something happened. His aura turned green around his hand, and started to spark like electricity! He then managed to make his arm split up into two arms, grew wings from his body, and made a shell around himself. Hiru said that his power was called…”Biokinesis” or something like that, which Midori didn’t really understand. He just knew he could change his body.
“Looks like Pickle Kid’s finally got himself a power!” Ushi said, ruffling his head aggressively, which made Midori whimper a little due to her immense strength.
“He has the ability to manipulate his own Biology…” Hiru said. “Seems like a useful power…”
“Why don’t you just take his Aura from him?” Kona asked, eating a popsicle. “It’d make no difference, Hiru.”
“Because he MEANS something, Kona.” Hiru responded, coldly. “We’ve taken many Men prisoner, but this one lives with us. We don’t torture him...much. We do all that because he isn’t like those other Men who have wronged us…”
Hiru glanced at Midori.
“He’s an...honorary member of our Family.” Hiru said, hesitantly. “Since Sumu created him, he is technically her Son. That is the only reason we make an exception with him.”
“Eh, either way, he’s fun to have around~” Ushi said, letting Midori hang from her arm like a monkey. “And he doesn't scream or complain at least.”
As they were talking, the door opened, and inside stepped Furui Netsu! The members of the Kyu Hana family prepared to fight, but Hiru stopped them, raising her hand to tell them to stop.
“He’s...a friend of mine.” She said, coldly.
“Partner.” Furui said, equally cold. “You got a meeting room or somethin’?”
Hiru nodded and led him to a balcony on the 5th Floor, where they could see a lovely garden of Cherry Blossom trees while they talked.
“Hmph. Never saw the point of Cherry Blossoms. They only last 14 Days AT MOST.” Furui said, leaning on the rail. “Guess they are pretty, though.”
“Our name translates to Nine Blossoms in English. We thought it was fitting to grow the trees.” Hiru responded, lighting a cigarette. “What’d you come here for, Furui?”
Furui took a vial of a glowing yellow Liquid from his pocket.
“The Doctor called~” He said. “Apparently he forgot to give you this.”
“...What is it?” She asked, hesitantly taking it.
“He calls it Soul Booster.” Furui responded. “Apparently it can give an exponential Boost to Aura and Soul powers for up to an Hour at a time. I got no use for it, so I decided I didn’t wanna keep it.”
“Interesting...did he say there were any drawbacks?” Hiru asked, still skeptical.
“Yeah, actually. Apparently your Aura and your Powers get weaker for a while when it wears off.” Furui said. “Also there’s a problem.”
“Oh god...BANCHO. hasn’t come back from the dead has he?” Hiru asked, sarcastically.
“Oh no. He hasn’t.” Furui replied. “It’s just a simple matter.”
He suddenly grabbed her neck, holding her against the wall with a knife to her neck.
“Stay the fuck away from Enjo and his Yakuza.” He said, still cold and calm. “If he dies, I’ll make you wish you-”
“Oh calm down.” Hiru said, pushing his arm away a bit. “I’m not dumb. If he attacked us we’d make sure he wasn’t killed.”
“...Good.” Furui said, letting go and putting his knife away. “I’d hate to have to kill you over it.”
Furui’s body turned into yellow light and flew away at incredible speed, as if he teleported instantly. Hiru sighed as she watched him vanish into the sky.
“Jeez...with that guy around it feels like Enjo has damn Plot Armour or somethin’...” Hiru said as she walked back inside.
Ushi and Taieki were supervising Midori’s training, which was going swimmingly now that he learned to use his Aura.
“Family Meeting.” Hiru said, causing all the members to gather in the Living Room, minus midori who was busy training. “Girls...we have a new objective. Let’s figure out how we’re going to assassinate Enjo Netsu.”
