"We're going on a three-month vacation?"

Sasin nods.

"Aren't you a C.E.O.?"

Sasin nods again.

"Can you really be away for three months?"

Sasin nods for the nth time.

"Well, I can't!"

Sasin shifts his gaze from the monitor to Ruan whose mug is exhibiting adamant insistence. The raven-haired sighs. "You can just take summer classes after this. And who told you that you can come here?"

Ruan, after receiving Sasin's message that the two of them will leave the country this coming weekend, suddenly barged into their company building.

"If I didn't go outside, they'd call the cops to pick you up," Sasin warned.

"Whatever," Ruan lashes out. "I can't come with you. I don't want to delay my graduation for some stupid vacation."

The businessman didn't respond fast. "We'll talk about it at home."

"Wherever you want to talk about it, you can't change my mind. This is my studies we are talking about, Sasin," Ruan apprises in a firm voice before leaving.

Sasin only nibbled the insides of his cheek after the door was shut. "As if I'm giving you a choice."

As was foreseeable, Ruan confronts Sasin the moment he entered his house.

"You talked to the university director," he asked in a deep voice. Sasin observes his appearance. Messy hair, flushed cheeks, wet shirt inside... Ah, he drank. "I did. I also see that you're wearing my letterman jacket."

"Don't change the topic," he furiously remarked, "I told you that I won't go. I want to graduate as soon as possible, but you... You're always like this... So selfish..."

Sasin observes him a bit more before he goes back to washing the dishes. "Wash up. You reek," he comments in his usual, stern voice.

"You're so... You're always... Troublesome..."

"And you think you're not?" Sasin prodded after he catches Ruan who almost stumbled forward. He guided the guy to their bedroom. When he was about to leave, Ruan called out to him.

"Hey, Sas..."

Sasin turned to look at him.

"Why me? Why now?"

Silently, he watches the drunk man's tears trickle down his temples.

The following days, Ruan didn't talk to Sasin unless something important needs to be conveyed. Even on the day of their flight, Ruan only wordlessly followed Sasin. He slept at the plane after informing the prodigy that he's going to pass out from vomiting plenty in the washroom. After eating at a universally popular restaurant, they went straight to the luxurious, holiday lodge Sasin owns.

Ruan sprawls on the soft bed while Sasin talks to the housekeeper. When the latter entered the bedroom, he was typing on his phone.

"The view from here is pretty," Ruan muttered.

Sasin looks up from his gadget. "Really? Can I join?"

"Sure."

Carefully, Sasin lied down and placed his head on Ruan's biceps.

They stared past the window on the roof which showcases the color of spring.

"You're right. It's pretty," Sasin agreed. "But you missed lots of prettier views earlier since you slept the whole ride."

Silence takes over them. Ruan feels the other's breathing pattern slow down. "This whole place is yours?"

"Yeah."

"As expected from our business prodigy..."

Due to tiredness, they fell asleep after a little talk.

Ruan scratches his stomach as he walks in the kitchen. He woke up without the other beside him only to find 'the brat' (as he thought) preparing their breakfast.

"Morning," Sasin greeted him upon feeling his presence. Ruan ignores this and heads to the fridge to gulp down sparkling water. As he drinks, he watches the guy move around the kitchen. He's starting to look like a housewife.

Wanting to help, Ruan prepares the dining table by setting down plates and utensils.

"This ain't vegan egg and bacon, right?" The college student asked after his plate is served.

Sasin hums as he takes a seat. "Mine is."

As they eat, Ruan asks about their activities for the day. He was quite surprised when Sasin answered, "None."

"What do you mean, none?"

"Exactly what it means," he simply replied before lifting his mug of hot latte from the table. "I..." he paused to gulp, " Have no plans."

"Then what is this three-month vacation for?"

"To be alone with you."

Ruan blinks.

"Did you just say that cheesy line with a straight-face?"

"Did I?"

Ruan heaves a sigh then goes back to finishing his meal. After eating, Sasin asked Ruan to do the dishes since he cooked breakfast. However, the latter rejected this after seeing the stack of kitchen items to wash and the messed up electric burner.

"How many times do I need to tell you that cooking and cleaning is a package?" The ash-gray haired male complained as he wiped the kitchen surfaces squeaky clean.

Meanwhile, Sasin is in the bathroom, having a relaxing soak in the tub. He's never done this for a while even if he has one in his place.

Suddenly, the door opened, revealing a buck-naked Ruan holding his waterproof-cased phone. Without a word, he joins Sasin in the tub. The raven-haired shies away when Ruan gestured him to sit between his legs.

Ruan's eyebrows met in confusion as the other decided to sink half of his face in the water. Since when did he start blushing when we're taking baths together? he asked to himself.

He waves off the thought and catches the attention of the prodigy. "Since we're here, might as well make the most of this vacation," he began. Sasin attentively listens to him. "I made brief research on dating spots we can visit nearby."

"Can I interrupt?"

Ruan nods.

"Dating spots?"

"Yeah. We've been together for about two months, and we still haven't had a proper date."

"I see. Continue."

Ruan clears his throat after having a glimpse of the constellation of moles on the other's chest. It's the nth time he's seeing it, but he still finds it really attractive. "I found a lot. Like this big field of tulips..." Ruan enthusiastically shows him pictures of the places they can visit, foods they can eat, and activities they can do together. Sasin's continuous acceptance of Ruan's excitement makes the latter wonder if it's actually the business prodigy he is talking to.

After an hour of talking, they finished the list of the activities they are planning to accomplish until the end of their vacation.

"Cool. Let's have fun," Ruan lifts a hand for a high-five.

Sasin stares at his hand for a while before fishing his out of the water and meeting his palm with a light slap.
