Chapter 13: Road trip (Part 1)

 

[Calix’s P.O.V.]

 

It’s was Jayen and Luca, Luca’s demin jacket is is suitable for him, he’s more handsome in his clothes.

Jayen saw and wave at me, “Calix! Here.”

“Have you been there for a long time, and have you been waiting?” I sit on the bench I sit on the bench next to Jayen.

“We arrive a while ago.” Luca said, scrolling on his phone.

Jayen was listening to music with a handkerchief on his face while Luca scrolling on his phone beside him, I get my phone on my purse and sent a text to trixie that Jayen, Luca and I are here at the meeting place.

When there is no response to my text I scroll to my social media to comsume some time, scrolling to my social media I saw Luca’s social media account.

“Jayen?” I touch him with my finger.

“What?” He said without looking.

“This is Luca’s Social Media account?” I asked.

He remove his handkarchief on his face, “Let me see.” I check the profile, “Yes it is his account.” He put back the handkerchief on his face.

“Okay... Thanks...” I check the photos but it’s in private, I was curoius about Luca’s photos.

I thinking about whether to follow his account to see the photos, a notification pops-up on my screen, it was trixie, Sorry for late reply i was taking a bath, I'm on my way.” She texted. I accidentally follow Luca as I exit the chat head.

I hear a notification pops-up on Luca’s phone and he looks at me, I’m nervous, I was fiddling with my fingernails, because I think he thinks I’m too friendly.

He approach me holding his phone, “Is this you.” showing the screen of his phone.

“Y-yes...” I mumbled nervously.

“Okay, I’ll follow back.” He go back.

A few minutes My eyes spotted at girl in pink dress with flip-top. It’s was trixie I was at her and she spotted us, she sit next to me and half an hour later, I spotted A girl with gray croptop with a pair of rubber shoes and beside her is a man with a green bomber jacket, it was Abel and Analyn.

“What you take so long we’ve waiting here for more than 30 minute.” Trixie

“It took Analyn a while to get dressed.” Abel sractching the back of his head.

“It's not my fault that my mother washed my clothes.” Analyn said.

“So what are we going to do.” Trixie said.

“You said we were hangingout.” I said.

“Yes but where?” Trixie stare at us with her unblinking eyes.

“How about we’ll go road trip?” Luca said with a casual tone.

“Road trip at night?” Jayen paused, “That unique but sound fun, I’m in.”

“Me too.” I said.

“Do we have a vehicle?” Abel leaning towards Luca.

“My Uncle have, we can borrow his car.” Luca said witha face of expreesionless.

“Okay I’m in.” Abel agreed.

“Me too.” Trixie said.

“Who’ll drive the car?” Analyn said with a curious tone.

“Me.” Luca said while texting some on his phone.

“Do you have a license?” Jayen said.

“Yes I have.” Luca said without looking.

“Woah! That amazing!” Abel said.

“So where we’ll going.” Trixie said with a excited on her face.

“How about Tagaytay in cavite!” I said after a moment's reflection.

“Sounds fun.” Analyn said.

“The car is coming.” Luca said, putting his phone on his pocket.

Jayen, Analyn, Trixie and I sitting on the Bench while Abel and Luca standing beside us, I use my phone while waitng for the car to come.

After an half an hour, watching some videos of my favorite Youtube Vlogger suddenly a black Jeep Wrangler honked in front of us.

 I was surprised because as the horn blew in front of us and Jayen sleeping beside me suddenly wake up as the car honked in front of us.

The driver of the car get out of the car open the trunk of the car at he take out the bike and leave, “The car it here.” Luca said, he enters the car and sit at the driver’s seat.

We enter the car, Jayen sit at the passenger seat, “First come, first serve.” Jayen said,  I sit behind Jayen, beside me is Trixie beside her is Analyn and Abel.

Even the Jeep Wrangler have a 5 seating capacity we fit in the car because Analyn is petite woman, and none of us is chubby.

“Where in tagatay we’ll be going.” Luca said, Starting the car.

“Who about in ‘People’s Park in the Sky’ Maybe it’s still open.” Jayen said, fxing his sitting position.

“Okay.” Luca agreed.

“How about you?” Jayen turning his head at us.”

“No Problem.” Trixie lean on me.

“I’m Okay with with.” I said.

“I’m In.” Abel and Analyn said at the same time.

“Jayen can you turn on the GPS.” Luca said.

“Okay.” Turning the GPS.
