This is so exciting!

My first skill, by myself, for myself. I’ve never felt prouder. But man, I’m exhausted. Maybe I should check the stats and skills.

I noticed something strange… one of the hidden skills changed… 1 of 4? Wait, this is huge. The only significant action I took these days was Hermes… does this mean I can only have four creatures? I need to be more selective then, since I don’t know much about this world. Even so, isn't this incredible? This makes owning a pet such a personal matter – Hermes doesn't count as a pet, thought, since I have to make him fight my battles... I sighed. I still feel a little guilty about it. I want to experiment a bit… Let's see. I put a point in INT and VIT each, and as I thought, My HP and MP grew. What is DEX supposed to mean? Dexterity with my hands or something...? Yet, I feel like I should put some points on it. Following that train of thought, perhaps it helps me to create skills. STR and AGI are quite self-explanatories, and honestly, it doesn't look like a good idea to spend points on them right now. Finally, here is LUK... Am I luckier if I put some stats on it? I... I'm not sure if this is how it works at all... Ok, whatever. I know what I have to do so let's inherit these points.

Didn’t my MP go up a lot with just three skill points? I only gained 20 extra Health with two more VIT, but three INT gave me 40 MP, it's the double just with an extra point... I need to keep this in mind in the future, might help me to balance my strength. Still, my stats and Hermes' are so away from each other... Will I be able to... You know what? It doesn't matter right now. I didn’t let that disappoint me.

Next, I still need to check the skill tree of this talent of mine.

Strangely, I can only read Sacrifice and Cleric Spirit, Why’s that? Well, Sacrifice is a skill that shares my stats with my owned creatures. Cleric Spirit just helps me with buffs, nothing too crazy, if I’m honest. Sacrifice looks like a strong spell, thought. It's attuneless, and it consumes no mana at all. Might be due to it being part of my talent? Since I can share my stats, it's probably a good idea to have equal amounts in everyone, even if I don't use it. Hermes seemed to be fine with just magic, so at this moment, it's ok for me to rely on my INT.

Wow, It’s noon already… I do want to keep practicing the spell I just made, but I might get hungry very soon.

“There he is,” I heard a familiar voice coming from outside the forest.

I looked in that direction and recognized two faces heading my way.

“Sir Wallace, Prince Hansel. W-What are you doing here?”

“Hey, we were at the orphanage but one of the frails told us you would be somewhere near here,” Hansel said.

They were wearing some formal clothes, Hansel had something like a robe, soft blue. It looked comfy enough in this weather. Wallace had something similar, just shorter and painted in an greyish orange. They both looked very handsome too... Why do they look like that always? Their presence makes me nervous every time I'm aware of it

"At least, I'm trying to," answered ashamed of my progress.

"Might if we join? We can teach you a thing or two."

That doesn't sound as bad as it could be. I need to grow as fast as possible, after all.
